Rebecca did everything right!! Including bringing Gunnison over for a few hours to see how he was with our other dogs. You will be hard pressed to find a better rescue option. Rebecca loves each dog as if it was her own. My experience through this process has left me with nothing but respect, admiration and appreciation for what Rebecca does. ...and as you can see, Gunnison has adjusted very well to his new home! He's been the best puppy EVER and that's because of Rebecca.

I have seen her deny adopters when the person was not the right fit. She ALWAYS puts the animals needs first. That can and will make people very angry. However, when you are approved to adopt one of Rebecca's dogs, you can count on that dog being fully vetted and not sickly. The 1* review is just sour grapes. People who have yards full of junk can NOT be considered to adopt a dog. Mutt/rescue or any other kind. It just isn't safe. Rebecca has EVERY right to deny anyone the right to adopt these dogs. They have been through enough already. Great rescue. She's actually ALL about the animals.

She was very helpful over the course of a few hours, showing us multiple dogs until we found our new forever dog, William (Tick)! We had visited the humane society a day before, and it was just a totally different environment, and I am very happy that we were able to find the Valley Humane Society instead. This is a place where you can tell every volunteer working loves what they do, and that's helping animals back to health and then off to their forever homes! I traveled over an hour and thirty minutes to visit, and I will happily do it again when the time is right!

Jenny made the process ready easy. She gave video and photo updates while Artemis was still small and Artemis came with all the papers and was microchipped. I couldn't be happier with the process and especially with Artemis. She's very healthy, only been to the vet for her shots and wellness checks. The dogs Jenny used for breeding are very healthy. 3 years later we love Artemis so much we contacted Jenny to put a deposit down for Artemis to have a sister! Our 5 year old golden retriever loves Kevin! He's always so excited to see him and happily follows him out to the trailer and he comes back just as happy. Kevin will leave his coat longer if I prefer or give him a shorter trim as well; both look good when he's done. I am always glad our dog Charlie gets a haircut that is appropriate for his breed. He Grinded one of my dogs nails so short she was bleeding all over my house and had no remorse just said it probably got irritated. I offered for him to look at it and he didn't seem to care much. My other dog he was only supposed to bath and nail trim but he completely shaved her which looks like a complete hack job and a pom should never be shaved that much! I was so upset and was scared of what he would do to my other two dogs so I told him that he doesn't need to do them, we'll just pay for the other dogs which I'm shocked he even charged us for since he hurt one dog and completely messed up the coat on the other. I even sent pictures of her bloody paw. I immediately started crying when he left. I felt so bad for my poor pup that got hurt and my baby that lost all her fur. This experience was completely heartbreaking. I texted Erika of what happened and she was completely rude and unprofessional!

He got mites in his ears and was in so much pain. My sister took him at 8am. They had to put him to sleep bc he's to aggressive. My sister walked in our dog at 8am. 6 hours later. Took my chocolate lab here to get seen as he really wasnt doing good. We called in advance to see…read morethe wait, tell them our dog symptoms and so forth and they told us it be an hour wait. That was fine, we were prepared to wait, even tho we had to wait in the car that was fine. Tho after an hour and a half of waiting and no update as to when our dog would be seen thats when i decided to leave my husband and dog there so i can grab us some food real quick. I cam back and they were waiting in 1 of the rooms(there way or correntine our dog because he wasnt in our car waiting and thats fine). The problem we had was that we waited 3 hours(maybe even more than that)till my husband walked out pretty upset because we had been waiting for 3+ hours and havent been seen yet at all. As soon as my husband was walking out the door with our dog is when they finally said "oh im so sorry you guys are leaving, we were just about to see you guys". At that point my husband was even more pissed off which is more than understandable. I understand there being a wait but 3+ hours is insane, especially the fact that from what i saw they were not understaffed and its a newer establishment. Honestly just a waste of time!!!
