We researched a lot and spoke to many breeders but clicked with Chantel instantly. She is one of the most communicative and lovely people I have ever worked with in any setting. From the very beginning she made sure to get to know us, our lifestyle and what we were looking for in kittens, and did a great job matching us with our two cuddle bugs (Napoleon and Mochi). She spent literally hours and hours updating us with the boys' progress with pictures and videos, so that it felt like we were really watching them grow up in real time--especially appreciated during COVID times! Whenever there is a decision to be made she involved me right away, which isn't even at all expected or necessary but it really made me feel like a cat mom and bonded me even more strongly to the babies. She was also wonderful with the pragmatic side of things in terms of being upfront and flexible with electronic payments and sending receipts right away (even though Venmo and PayPal both record everything so it doesn't really matter either way). Everything was stated clearly in the contract and I felt 100% comfortable throughout the process. We did a minimal contact pick up since it's COVID times and she was very flexible and timely with all of that too. I did get to see some of the other cats in her lovely home and cattery too! After we got the kittens I have bothered her with a ton of questions as well and she has always been really responsive. It's obvious that she and her son Zander love the cats intensely and sincerely. It warms my heart every time I talk to her. And lastly but most importantly... the boys are THE LIGHT OF MY LIFE. They are so cuddly and friendly and not to mention the most adorable and fluffy cats. I called the vet office recently to make their neuter appointment and the lady on the phone, whom I had only met once, immediately said "oh, you are the one with those two really sweet and cute kittens!" They truly are the most strikingly sweet little angels. Again, I cannot be more grateful to Chantel and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to add a beautiful sweet muffin to their family.

Which leaves me NO buyer protection and seems completely unethical. When I asked to just adhere to our contractual terms of cash at pick up, she told me that was unacceptable and said she won't deliver the cat even though I've had a deposit on him for months. This is all happening THE DAY BEFORE I was supposed to fly out to bring him home. I'm truly devastated. Been counting down the days and now I'm just heartbroken. I lost my ragdoll after a yearlong cancer battle and to have this happen now is the absolute worst. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

This service (Pat) was the only one who responded to me and she even had availability later in the week!! I had been bringing my cats to a grooming salon in the past, but if you can afford to pay a little extra, your cats will thank you to have someone come and perform the spa services in the comfort of their (i.e your) own home where there won't be any dogs around. My one cat (Mochi) had a lot of mats and I really didn't want her to have to get a lion cut. I had that done in the past and Mochi was quite upset with me. Upon assessment of her fur, Pat said that she would unfortunately have to give Mochi another lion cut. I was a little sad about it at first, but when I saw the final result, I was very pleased. It is the cutest lion cut ever! Pat did a great job! Mochi looks very regal with her lion mane and the fur on her paws looks like those fur boots that you see rich women wearing around ski resorts. Pat is a true kitty hairdresser! My other cat was able to keep her fur since it wasn't as matted, though her coat was thinned out so it would be more manageable. I will definitely be calling Pat back when my kitties are in need of their next spa treatment!

The shop is small but I was drawn to the cageless grooming so dogs aren't kenneled the whole time. Aniyah took time putting the loose dogs behind the gates so they could test taking Penny back and she instantly warmed up to her as she walked back. When I rescued Penny, she had never been groomed so her quicks are pretty long, but I liked how they utilize the "alternative cut" style then filing each nail so it's short as possible. While she was nervous on the table, Aniyah did a great job talking to her the whole time and kept her as comfortable as possible. Forgot to take the before, but they came out amazing afterwards. He also has odd growths on different areas. Dexter's doctor and surgeon was Dr. Mackley. She was great, personal and professionally. Mackley took great care with Dexter. She even removed every growth she could find! I've had doctors who won't remove these growths. These growths grow on their ankles, eyelids just about everywhere and in my experience cause a lot of problems later in life. The surgery went great and Dex healed beautifully. Dr. Mackley even cleaned an older attack from a javelina. Trimmed and stitched a wound still healing. I was flabbergasted. Dr. Mackley went above and beyond for her patient, Dex. Thank you Dr. Mackley.

Do not use this place!!…read more My wife and I got a kitten about two weeks ago, and she recently became very sick. On Sunday (7/26), we took her in for an exam. The staff asked us to bring a fecal sample so they could test it, and we absolutely did. They told us everything looked fine during the exam and that we would have the test results by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest, so they could determine what was making her sick. Tuesday came and went without a single update, so we called the office ourselves. That's when they told us, "Oh! The lab never received a sample." So basically the clinic lost the sample. Because of their mistake, my wife had to use her lunch break to drive back and bring ANOTHER fecal sample. When she arrived, they told her they would run an overnight test and that we would have results the following morning. They also told my wife that the clinic closes at 2 pm for the day even though on the website it clearly states 6 pm. That's why she had to go during her lunch break. Meanwhile, our 12-week-old kitten was getting worse by the day, and we couldn't start the appropriate medication because we still didn't have a diagnosis. The next morning came and no results. My wife had to go back AGAIN that afternoon, and once again, there were no answers. We also called ahead and were told that the front desk would contact the lab and call us right back. That call never came. They finally gave us some medication after my wife went in crying to them. However, the results aren't back yet so we don't even know if it's the right medication but hopefully it'll help a little. The lack of communication, the lost sample, and the repeated delays were incredibly frustrating, especially when we were dealing with a sick kitten who needed treatment as soon as possible. We trusted this clinic to help our pet, but instead we were left chasing answers while her condition continued to worsen.
