Beautiful Homes by Thomas did our bathroom and laundry room renovations. We could not be more pleased by the outcome. Thomas was prompt and courteous with the estimate and patient with us as the plans were revised/improved upon. The finished product is a renovation that appears as if it was part of the original house plans. Frank gutted out the laundry closet on the first floor adjacent to the powder room, created a new wall, took down half the wall in the powder room that is adjacent to the closet, installed a shower, moved the vanity to the other wall and put down new flooring. The second floor laundry room got a new floor, washer and dryer. The plumbing is complex with new pipes and electric that required installation of a chase cover in the downstairs closet. The results are truly beautiful and most importantly, functional, thanks to all of whom were involved in this project. We have a working bathroom, laundry room, bedroom and closet that came out beautiful. The bathroom looks like a home show style room. They are perfectionists and try their hardest to attend to little details that make the end result amazing. They show up on time on a daily basis and the work continued without any delays. read more

I happen to come across Beautiful Homes by Thomas on YELP recently and a previous post by Eva S. has caught my attention. Normally I wouldn't comment on someone else's review but I definitely know for a fact the review was not accurate. My family has been working with BHT for about 25 years and continue to use and recommend the name without hesitation, nor complaints. Their name says it all. Their work in nothing short of spectacular and "beautiful." I'm predicting that Eva must be thinking about another company named Beautiful Homes by Cameron, as they have filed for bankruptcy and have been indicted by the state attorney office. With friends and family as repeat customers, I know Beautiful Homes by Thomas has the highest of recommendations from the Better Business Bureau, Home Improvement Council and the Parkside Association. I was extremely upset after reading this inaccurate, outrageous review about this company because not only does BHT do gorgeous work, they are professional, trustworthy, personable and provide excellent services. Beautiful Homes by Thomas is an outstanding company. I had them do a roof replacement for me about 15 years ago, and my roof is still in great condition. I recently had an issue with a suspect roofing company that pressured my mother into signing a contract with them to replace her roof recently. I called Beautiful Homes by Thomas to come out and give me an estimate on my mother's roof and to give me his professional opinion on the status of her roof. Thomas, the owner, came out personally to inspect my mother's roof within 3 hours of our phone conversation, and as it turns out, my mom's roof is still in satisfactory condition and does not need a roof replacement right now, and Tom confirmed what I suspected that we avoided a price gouging and potentially sub par work with his professional opinion. Tom will be the first person I call when it's time to replace my roof and my mom's roof. Beautiful Homes did a massive kitchen remodel for us. We wanted to find a contractor that could coordinate and "do it all" since we knew that we would not have the time, nor the expertise, to coordinate all the different facets of this remodel. Their quote was fair and competitive, not the most, not the least, but we felt most comfortable with Tom after meeting with him. We had a wall taken down, a chimney removed that went through a portion of the kitchen, a porch over part of the kitchen that needed to be repaired and basically reconstructed, and then the actual kitchen gut and remodel...they did it ALL and they did a phenomenal job. Anything that we inquired about or that we weren't quite happy with was fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Tom made sure we were happy with every piece of this giant project. Once again Thomas does not disappoint. After replacing windows that required mortar work, refitting rotted out doors, and refacing the exterior peaks of our over 100 year old tutor in North Buffalo, we couldn't be more delighted with the outcomes. After trying to find an outdoor landscape lighting company to come to our home for months, to no avail, I called Thomas to see if he could recommend someone. We had a basement bathroom built from scratch and a first floor bathroom remodeled. Other than a few delays, the worst of which were the fault of an outside supplier we had purchased fixtures from, everything went well. Tom Lang's craftsmen and (subcontractor) plumbers were skillful and efficient. We're very pleased with the results. The initial price was reasonable and competitive, and some add-ons we agreed to were also fairly priced. All in all, a very positive experience. read more

Great communication by all! Needed a quick remodel of a 3rd floor bathroom for a rental unit. Thomas got me a very quick quote and date to start work.
