The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.

The project included removing the above-ground pool along with all of the dirt, sand, and gravel that supported it. I also wanted the area leveled and restored with fresh topsoil and sod. In addition, I wanted my attached deck, screened-in porch, and railings completely replaced. One important request was enclosing the underside of the deck to prevent animals from making it their home or shelter. I also wanted the screened porch upgraded with a ceiling fan and interior lighting, while the exterior would have three floodlights and illuminated railings. Lazo Outdoors wasn't the lowest-priced or the highest-priced company--they were right in the middle. One of the biggest reasons I chose them was their excellent reputation and the warranty they stand behind. The ceiling fan remote was professionally mounted on the wall in the location we chose, and they even asked us what height we preferred for the fan before installation. They added three new electrical outlets--two inside the porch and one outside. The railing lights were installed with programmable timers that allow me to set them for day/night operation or specific on/off schedules. They also installed a new locking porch door, allowing us to customize the hardware to our preference.
