This contractor did not perform workmanlike work, please see pictures. Contractor damaged our home and did not repair. Contractor also failed to follow the contract, for instance, the installed ridge vent was not installed according to manufacturer specifications, the vent was not cut. Contractor also is demanding payment of late fees and the contract has no language for late fees.

That said, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of design complexity or added features. The enclosure, while beautiful, feels somewhat basic for the cost. We chose Patio Enclosures specifically because they are a well-established company and we didn't feel comfortable going with an independent contractor, so we were willing to pay more for peace of mind and a warranty. A couple of weeks after installation, one of the screens broke, which was frustrating. It was a minor issue, but when you're investing a significant amount of money, even small things matter. The biggest disappointment, however, was with the financing process. We were told we could pay with a flat monthly fee and no interest for six months. That turned out not to be true. The financing company started charging interest after just three months, and the flat monthly payment didn't even cover the interest, meaning the balance kept increasing. The payment is no longer affordable, and the terms were not clearly explained up front. We feel misled--whether intentionally or not--by Patio Enclosures, because we based our decision on that financing offer. We're now paying a higher monthly payment we agreed to avoid our loan to get bigger and we are doing our best to save up and pay off the balance as quickly as possible. While the product itself is nice, and the installation was smooth, the overall experience has been dampened by the financing issues and the sense that what we paid may not match the level of finish we received.

Hollie could have been quick with me because I was only inquiring and was not looking to schedule an estimate or anything, but instead, she took time to chat with me and give me more information about the original installation and even found the original measurements and emailed them to me! She provided me a level of customer service that you don't find as often these days. She was professional, knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. Over a wooden fence. The work started promptly as promised and not only did they move my flower pots and place them back but they racked up the loosened soil and seeded it. A supervisor came back later and filled areas where the machinery made grooves in the yard with soil. We would certainly use them again.
