I called to request a free quote and Chris came out the same week, listened to all my plans for the home we just bought, not just our landscaping needs, all our plans. Chris could have made a quick grand or much more working on our half acre but instead, he spent time educating me about what was realistic and how to best sequence all the things we were planning to do so that we did not waste our hard earned money. It was clear, Chris genuinely cared about us as people not just a potential customer. He spoke honestly and advised us to wait on landscaping. Chris cares more about establishing trust than making a quick buck. That's INTEGRITY! If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look no further. Please check references, reviews, MHIC history as well as criminal history. I posted a review on the contractor's FB page and my review got taken down. This contractor did not perform workmanlike work, please see pictures. Contractor damaged our home and did not repair. Contractor also failed to follow the contract, for instance, the installed ridge vent was not installed according to manufacturer specifications, the vent was not cut. Contractor also is demanding payment of late fees and the contract has no language for late fees.

That said, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of design complexity or added features. The enclosure, while beautiful, feels somewhat basic for the cost. We chose Patio Enclosures specifically because they are a well-established company and we didn't feel comfortable going with an independent contractor, so we were willing to pay more for peace of mind and a warranty. A couple of weeks after installation, one of the screens broke, which was frustrating. It was a minor issue, but when you're investing a significant amount of money, even small things matter. The biggest disappointment, however, was with the financing process. We were told we could pay with a flat monthly fee and no interest for six months. That turned out not to be true. The financing company started charging interest after just three months, and the flat monthly payment didn't even cover the interest, meaning the balance kept increasing. The payment is no longer affordable, and the terms were not clearly explained up front. We feel misled--whether intentionally or not--by Patio Enclosures, because we based our decision on that financing offer. We're now paying a higher monthly payment we agreed to avoid our loan to get bigger and we are doing our best to save up and pay off the balance as quickly as possible. While the product itself is nice, and the installation was smooth, the overall experience has been dampened by the financing issues and the sense that what we paid may not match the level of finish we received.

Well, Hollie P. saved the day and was able to pull up the original order and answer all of my questions!! Hollie could have been quick with me because I was only inquiring and was not looking to schedule an estimate or anything, but instead, she took time to chat with me and give me more information about the original installation and even found the original measurements and emailed them to me! She provided me a level of customer service that you don't find as often these days. She was professional, knowledgeable, but also very friendly and personable. Hollie is definitely amazing and is the perfect person to be the first impression when reaching out to this company. I cannot recommend her or patio enclosures enough!

Not only did they measure once for a very complicated system, they measured a second time on a different day. I was quite impressed that they wanted installation to be smooth and it was.
