I called around 1130am and asked if there were 2 pedicure appointments available around 2p; and they had 2 appointments available for 230p. While this salon does have walk-ins available, I had read many reviews that stated that if you made appointments, you would get 1:1 attention from the owners, Tim & Jennifer. While we were about 25 minutes early, the owners were quick to put my husband and in the pedicure chairs. One of the reasons I chose this salon was the bags that are put in the pedicure tubs; because that showed me that the owners were understanding of cleanliness and keeping infections down. Tim & Jennifer are the owners of this gem in Redding, CA. The prices were reasonable and both took such great care of our toes. We felt like valued customers. Went here a few weeks ago with my cousin for pedicures. Jennifer is usually the good one for pedicures, not sure about this day but she was rushing through it. No one else was around. She asked if I'd had another pedicure recently and I told her not, that I'd basically hacked at my cuticles a little myself a couple weeks prior. So this led to.. no cuticle remover, no cleaning out under the nails, barely any pressure used at all for my calluses, which I did pay extra for. She said as she was doing it that there was nothing for her to do. Tell me why I went home and was still able to get stuff out from under my toenails (mind you, it's hard for me since I'm overweight and have back problems), and plenty of callus removed with what I have on hand? Also the polish on the second toe of my left foot chipped that night. I'm so disappointed because I did enjoy this place. I hardly ever get any time to be able to go get a pedicure, not to mention it was a waste of money with what I had to put into it when I got home. read more

Stopped in yesterday for the first time to get a pedicure. The place was very clean and super unique, it looked more like what you would find in a bar as far as the decor. I was greeted immediately and the woman was very friendly. We got started right away on my service. She took her time making sure to clean my toes up nicely and remove the paint I already had on. Everything turned out great and I was finished within an hour. Tim was welcoming and friendly as I entered the door for my mani/pedi. We engaged in pleasant conversation along with his wife (shoot! Cant remember her name!) and her client in the pedi-chair. The environment was relaxing and enjoyable. I did ask if they also sold liquor since the decor is a bit mish-mash of lighted liquor ads and bottles, 1980's rock-band posters, and nail salon stuff. Strangely I like it and makes for fun conversation. But they do not sell booze. Tim and his spunky wife work well as a team. When Tim was done with my wonderful pedi, his wife shuttled me to the regular nail chair where she did an exquisite job on my mani. I just do old-fashioned polish due to an allergy with gel. My mani lasted 5 whole days without a chip, which worked out perfectly for a big birthday party I was getting gussied up for. My pedi is still awesome at 3 weeks out! Their prices are equitable and service pleasant. My only complaint was that the pedi leg massage was a bit skimpy and short, being too quick to move to the next step in the process and that is why Im rating at 4 stars. But - I will go back! My daughter and I got a pedicure here. We made an appointment at 2:30. Got there 20 minutes early but they seated us right away. There were only 2 technicians and one was busy with a customer but they started right away on one of us. They only have 2 pretty basic options, regular or deluxe. If you want the paraffin wax they charge extra $10. They are friendly and do a good job. The place was clean. The vibe was chill. Not a bad place overall and I think a regular local customer would get good treatment as it seemed the customer that was there was on first name basis. I travel full time and get a pedicure about every 2 weeks at all different places, based upon that I felt their deluxe was pretty basic but they did do a good job and I have no complaints. read more

My go-to nail salon in town! The facility is clean. The environment is relaxing and the manicure stations have comfortable chairs. The couple that runs this salon are very friendly and welcoming, both have gentle hands and are great at what they do. I get the dip manicure and love her attention to detail. She takes great care each time to make sure I like the length/shape of my nails. The pedicure is the best I've had in town so far. They do a great thorough job. The regular pedicure is a great package, comes with a hot stone massage and callus removal. It's a small salon with 4 pedicure chairs and 3 manicure stations. Best place for a very nice pedicure! The owners are so friendly! And they are so nice & gentle on your feet! I love the techniques they use. Hot stone rub on your legs & the hot towel wrap is done so snuggly. I have visited other places around the area & I have walked away with bleeding toes from 2 different places. Also other places seem to rush you & seem kind of curt/rude. Not here. You leave feeling relaxed & pampered. I recommend the organic deluxe pedi. Legs feel so soft & smooth! Called them and they won't even do a dip fill. They will only replace the old dipped nails with all new nails and at great damage to your natural nail bed, and at a significantly higher price. Gonna have to find a different salon. read more
