I've been coloring my hair and ash high lift blonde for almost a year now. I've been to two hairdressers in Washington who struggled with accomplishing this, even after multiple chances. Angie not only accomplished this the very first time but she completed the foiled and haircut in just under two hours. The other women took at least three hours to complete the same tasks. Angie is also very talented in the way she cuts my hair. She gives a good balanced and even haircut and I actually feel like I had a haircut. This is very different from many who are new to the industry and have newer techniques that aren't necessarily better. The last thing I want to mention is the price was extremely fair and this allowed me to give her a nice tip. She deserved every penny and if I'd been able, I'd given her more. She's a great person and very hard working. I feel so lucky for having met her! Thanks again Angie! I'll post a photo as soon as I get the chance.

I don't visit for relaxation, but rather deep tissue massage for a pain issue - but I leave feeling relaxed and happier every time. Their scheduling is intuitive and simple. Specifically, Shawna is everything you could ever want in a massage therapist. She is honest, hilarious, kind, and amazingly talented. I have been in severe pain in my shoulder for years, and she is the first and only therapist to truly make an impact on that pain. She is always there with experiments, explanations, and ready to do whatever it takes to help me feel better. Their hydro-massage table is also an amazing experience. It is relaxing and soothing and loosens your muscles before a deep tissue massage. They have such an array of services, and they are always kind in explaining them to you. Unlike other spas in the area, they do not try to "upsell" you on services or products, they genuinely care about their clients, and that is evident. To address a previous reviewer, when you first become a client, you sign a standard cancellation policy, their policy is visible immediately upon each check-in, and it's included at the bottom of every appointment confirmation. If you cancel in under 24 hours, the therapist scheduled to serve you has to scramble to fill that slot - or they will not be paid. That is how service businesses work. I would never seen an issue with paying a cancellation fee if I wasn't responsible enough to cancel within 24 hours. I am not affiliated with the business except as a very happy client who understands the need to be respectful of staff in this type of business and feel the need to refute a negative comment made out of anger and that mentioned disrespect.

Then I was told $20 .. I was in shock ! If a business has to invoke a cancellation policy like that, I wonder what had happened to their business! I know they had raised their prices just recently and I did have to cut back..so sad this place in having difficulties in individuals cancelling so much to the point of charging people ! I was such a huge fan of this place told everyone how great the people were here . They had even posted my reviews in there little brag book ! I had never heard or knew about their so called cancelation policy .. until Shawna informed me of it July 8, 2022 ! By stating she will invoice me ! So I guess the right thing to do at this point is go pay my invoice !

I have had numerous "pulsed light" procedures to remove dark spots and sun damage on my face, and have experienced very visible results. Many people comment on my skin and are surprised to hear that I am in my 40's. :) I have also had laser treatments to remove unwanted spider veins on my legs. The treatments improved things so much that I was able to wear shorts in public for the first time in 7 years. That was quite a gift to me and felt very freeing.
