When you get there you are welcomed in and will fill out a form about your hair and preferences and then you will go back and they'll look at your scalp with a super cool camera. My scalp was a little bit dry so we ended up going with the nourish service. You then will go get changed into a comfortable Velcro towel. The bed was really comfy too with a sheet and blanket. All through this service Hannah was so gentle but gave the perfect amount of pressure when needed! I got goosebumps several times because it was just so relaxing and comfortable.
