They had the best rates by far and were open the latest. Your first spray tan is $12.99, then it's $18.99 each. Their last spray tan is offered until 9:45pm M-Th. At 8pm on a Thurs, it was busier than I was expecting, but I was still out in 15 minutes. The medium tan in clear always gives me the perfect glow with no streaking. They have a full nail salon as well and are accepting walk-ins. I do recommend having a reservation, but at least give them a call ahead of time. Accessibility note: the only thing not accessible is the head spa area as it is down a flight of stairs. All other spa areas can be made accessible. A few weeks ago I decided to try the additives, and they worked well, for an upcharge. Yesterday i went in and asked for the additives and the price tripled! The worker had no explanation, other than maybe I had some discounts (I didn't). I am done with this place for good!

After reading through other reviews, I also noticed a pattern of responses where customer experiences were argued against or questioned, which didn't leave the best impression. I chose this salon based on recommendations from several peers and was really excited to try a custom airbrush tan here. The two girls at the front desk were both very friendly and welcoming, and Meadow, who did my spray tan, was kind and professional throughout the appointment. I received the Venetian Express and explained that I was looking for a natural glow rather than a very dark tan. Meadow instructed me to rinse after 3 hours, and then take a full shower with soap at 8 hours, which I followed exactly. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the final result. The color developed very orange on my skin and the tan turned out uneven and splotchy in multiple areas. It was also not blended well around my ankles and wrists, which made it look noticeably unnatural. Overall, the quality looked more like what I would expect from an automated spray tan booth rather than a custom airbrush tan. I truly wanted to love my experience because the staff was pleasant and the salon came highly recommended, but for the price and the expectation of a custom spray tan, I was disappointed with the final outcome.

Specifically, Shawna is everything you could ever want in a massage therapist. She is honest, hilarious, kind, and amazingly talented. I have been in severe pain in my shoulder for years, and she is the first and only therapist to truly make an impact on that pain. She is always there with experiments, explanations, and ready to do whatever it takes to help me feel better. Their hydro-massage table is also an amazing experience. It is relaxing and soothing and loosens your muscles before a deep tissue massage. They have such an array of services, and they are always kind in explaining them to you. Unlike other spas in the area, they do not try to "upsell" you on services or products, they genuinely care about their clients, and that is evident. To address a previous reviewer, when you first become a client, you sign a standard cancellation policy, their policy is visible immediately upon each check-in, and it's included at the bottom of every appointment confirmation. If you cancel in under 24 hours, the therapist scheduled to serve you has to scramble to fill that slot - or they will not be paid. That is how service businesses work. I would never seen an issue with paying a cancellation fee if I wasn't responsible enough to cancel within 24 hours. Then I was told $20 .. I was in shock ! If a business has to invoke a cancellation policy like that, I wonder what had happened to their business! I know they had raised their prices just recently and I did have to cut back..so sad this place in having difficulties in individuals cancelling so much to the point of charging people ! I was such a huge fan of this place told everyone how great the people were here . They had even posted my reviews in there little brag book !
