I came in for a Brazilian wax around 5 PM on November 17, 2025. The building was clean, I was…read moregreeted right away, and the acting manager took me back for my service. She gave me a moment to get settled before starting, which I appreciated. The wax itself felt a bit rough, but nothing out of the ordinary. I was on the phone with a friend to distract myself, and I began to notice she kept going over the same areas repeatedly, almost as if the wax wasn't grabbing the hair. When she finished, she let me check the results--and that's when I noticed that about 75% of the hair was still there, just broken off the way it looks when you shave. I tried to discuss it with her, and she attempted to go over the area again, but the wax still wasn't picking anything up. I was disappointed and asked for a reasonable solution, especially since I now have to wait for the hair to grow back to at least 1/2 inch before anyone can fix it. She told me she couldn't offer a discount and that I was still responsible for the full balance. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me she was the manager and that the head manager wouldn't return until Wednesday. When I asked for their contact information, she refused. After pushing the issue and explaining my concerns, I was eventually offered a free service. Overall, the service was poorly done, and as a loyal customer for years, I'm extremely disappointed. My wax feels prickly--like porcupine quills--and that's absolutely not the result I expect from this place. So disappointed.
