The spa is located in a little storefront tucked away in Watchung right off of the highway and there's some parking in the back. As you walk in there's lots of products that you can purchase after your service and a little lounge area. Since I went during the middle of the day I was the only one there and was quickly taken back by one of the associates to get started. The space was clean and had nice ambiance music playing in the background. The facial was extremely relaxing as she exfoliated, used some light tool and did some extractions. My favorite part by far was the shoulder massage towards the end. It's crazy how quickly 75 minutes go by when you're in full relax mode. Can't wait for my next facial! I wish she could've done more extractions, but like I said it was my first time, I was nervous and I didn't say anything, so that's on me-- either way I was trusting her to know what was "enough" and still liked the results so can't complain! Mia was sweet and seemed to know what she is doing, and the receptionist (assuming the owner) was trying to sell me skin care products Mia recommended for my skin after the facial, which I really appreciated but unfortunately do not have the funds for, and thankfully wasn't pushy about purchasing the products once I said I couldn't afford it. Jasmine the receptionist was so sweet and accommodating. My mom actually suggested this place and after seeing her results I was totally down for getting a facial. I filled out a questionnaire basically asking questions about my skin type and my concerns. The whole process was about a hour or so long. Very relaxing , Izobella makes you feel very comfortable.
