Super picky about my brows. First time here and I am happy with how they turned out. The lady who thread my brows was very nice, not too talkative (which I prefer when getting brows done) and listened to what I wanted. Will be back to give my brows more shape as I just wanted a light cleaning this time. $6 for brows which is reasonable. The salon looks a bit out dated but clean which is what really matters! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Worst service. Do not EVER go there to get henna. The end result of the MEHENDI application was not what I had expected. The color was unusually light and faded, the quality of the mehandi itself was inferior, which greatly diminished the beauty and impact of the design. Also shortly after the mehandi application, I began experiencing rashes and discomfort in the areas where the mehandi was applied. This is an alarming and unacceptable outcome, as mehandi is supposed to be safe and non-irritating. It is clear that the salon either used low-quality products or neglected to conduct proper skin patch tests, putting my health at risk. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER GOING THERE!!! read more

The place is alright, definitely hasn't been updated since a few years back. Peices are reasonable, and they have better deals if you come Tues - Thurs (25$ for a basic facial vs 35$). I've gotten my eyebrows done here a few times, and each time done by the woman in the first chair on the right (I don't know her name) results in little root hairs remaining, despite coming in with full hairs. It doesn't look like a clean job, and leaves me frustrated each time. Not coming back here! read more

I live about 30 minutes from Chetna but I consistently make the drive over. One of the biggest reasons is that they are the one of the only salons that don't overcharge for waxing. I went here a few years ago. & I recently just went back this week. The women that work there are SOOO sweet. & I think they do a great job of keeping your eyebrows the shape you like them. Found this place on yelp , they have been taking preventive measures for Covid of checking temperatures and asking to wear a mask to enter. I entered my details for the eyebrow service. The lady previous to the service asked if this was the first time I was visiting and sounded very confident that I will return. She did a fine job of threading all the extras I had gathered for months pretty quick. It was painful not going it's been so long since I last did my eyebrows. They charge eyebrow threading $6 and additional tip which to be honest isn't too much to ask for. Fairly inexpensive and clean, what more do you wish ! I will return. read more

I just moved to the area and needed a new eyebrow place and checked this one out because of all the good reviews and they were definitely accurate. I've been 3 times now, and twice Rupa has done my brows. I've grown up going to Indian eyebrow places and usually it's in and out in 2 mins and everyone just gets the same quick treatment. Here, they really take their time and go back and forth comparing both sides, making adjustments as needed to try to make things even, and give recommendations to help you improve their shape, growth, etc. all while being super well priced. Rupa has really been great helping me reshape my brows a little at a time after they got totally destroyed at another salon. Really glad I tried this place. Highly recommend! read more

i just came here for a pedicure. it was a simple solid color pedicure and a man was doing it. this was the worst pedicure i ever had. he barely massaged and did stuff that pedicures are supposed to do. as soon as i sat down, he started pushing my cuticles back and filing when he barely even did anything. i know it's COVID and stuff, but i've went to other places and their pedis are just as good. one thing i will say about this place is, that they are very cautious with covid and everything's protected with plastic or plexiglass. read more

This was my first and last time at this salon, which I picked out based on ratings. What a waste! I went to do henna on my hair and eyebrows. Very shoddy service. The lady who did my eyebrows left a big cut on one side, and didn't even ask me to check them when she was done. She straight away patted moisturizer over the area, cut and all (which I could not see even though it stung). Next she made me sit in a chair off to the corner with no mirror and draped a ratty, smelly cloak over me as she prepared to apply henna on my hair. After she was done she couldn't even be bothered to wipe the mess off my face. When I asked her to do so, she directed me to a mirror and handed me a wet paper towel! Worst service ever. And to top it all, even after leaving that henna on for 5 hrs like she advised, my grays came out that dreaded yellow color. Why? Because they used poor quality henna which was full of grains and twigs. It took me so long to wash that grainy henna out. Miserable, to say the least. It was a lousy end to an otherwise good weekend. I can't believe this salon has such good reviews. Maybe I'm one of those rare customers who came for a henna mask, but it doesn't excuse anything at all. Needless to say I won't be back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. read more

I like this place for threading of eyebrows. Sometime i wish they would wash their hands in between ppl. I usually go to the same lady, first chair on the right. Shes good. The place can be updated, the couches are really worn and torn a little. They have other services like hair, eye brow dying, waxing, henna too i believe. Very inexpensive. read more

Ever since I first got my eyebrows threaded years ago, I've sworn by this method, and Chetna Salon is one of the best places I've been to. It is very clean and all of the ladies are so lovely! I've had a different person do my eyebrows each time, and they are all wonderful. They really take their time and put a lot of care into their work. And the price is just unbelievable! I pay twice as much for that back home and it doesn't always come out as I like because the service is much more rushed.
