The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

Tracy took one look at my hair and seem to know exactly what to do and pretty much saved the mess created by another stylist at a different salon. I'm an actor and a model so my hair is pretty important and Tracey has cut my hair several times since, it now has grown in amazing and looks healthy and is easy to style. I love this salon. It's really reasonably priced and you get way more than what you pay for. I've paid over $50 for haircuts in the past and left most times depressed and unable to even style my hair because so many of these stylist don't listen to what you want, Tracy is not one of them, and every time I come back from seeing her my hair looks amazing and is really easy to style. I don't live in Burlington, but anytime I'm in town I make a point to see her for a cut. Thanks, Tracy! You rock!

I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back here.
