Usually, they would ask the people walking around to check not tell the customer to walk back there while they were on line. The staff is incredibly helpful and I always end up finding exactly what I'm looking for or am recommended a 2nd option if not. I can't complain about prices as beauty store to beauty store you'll find that certain items are priced differently. The only thing I'd complain about is parking. Depending on the time you go, you'll have to deal with parking blocks away since all spots are occupied by Long Island Rail Road riders that park their cars near-by for the day. And I said I'm not sure I looked at a few and whatever color wasn't correct I put back. She accuses me of STEALING a $5 item. And I tell her I didn't take anything, emptied my pockets and asked her where could I have put it? She said she "saw on the camera". I told her my grandmother's funeral is today and I don't have the time, energy, or patience for this. It's already a hard day today. She said "I don't care about your funeral, you need to give me my money" and proceeded to ask why I was mad if I didn't steal anything. She should be ashamed of herself. And she lost a loyal customer and much more than the $5 that she didn't even lose. Nobody should shop here. They don't deserve to have a store in this area if they treat loyal customers like this.

I forgave the price issue and even excused the "hurry up and buy vibe." However, that is a pet peeve of mines because I despise liars and thieves, so to be treated as a potential one really gets under my skin. However, I still purchased several packs of braiding hair because I was in need. I used my debit card and was charged a surcharge! Also the hair was not that reasonable. Fast forward to a month later; I went in again yesterday to purchase more hair (with cash and because the store is close to home). The cashier was very friendly but the young lady working on the floor who stalked me last time was in full effect. I even turned to bump right into her because she was all over me. Also, the isles still aren't stocked fully and the prices are high. Therefore, my question to any hard working woman who purchases beauty supplies on a regular basis is: would you shop at a place that has a limited supply, high-end-average prices and are followed around but not assisted? I will not be visiting Aden again. I will make the trip to the other two stores that I frequent, with better prices, selection and customer service. I hate when people of color come into a neighborhood with people of color and act like fools. BTW that location has had several stores there over the past couple of years, it isn't a lucky location.
