I paid for a consultation in September 2023 after being referred by a friend and went in looking for a conservative, long-term maintenance plan. I do not do filler and have never had cosmetic procedures. After photos were taken, I waited a long time. When the provider came in, the consultation felt overwhelmingly negative. Aside from briefly saying my nose was good, nearly everything else was framed as needing work. I was then presented with a treatment plan labeling the following as high priority / urgent, to be repeated annually: * Temple filler * Tear trough / eye filler * Smile line (nasolabial) filler * Marionette line filler In addition, the plan recommended ongoing filler or procedures including: * Lip filler (every 6 months) * Chin filler * Jawline filler * PRF injections every 4-6 weeks * Kybella for the jaw/chin fat * Neck line filler * PRP microneedling facials every 3 months This felt excessive and sales-driven for someone who came in seeking a long term maintenance plan, not overhaul. There was little discussion of restraint, prioritization, or doing nothing. I was also handed an iPad to review procedures while the provider left the room multiple times, which felt uncomfortable from a professionalism and privacy standpoint. This approach may work for some, but I would urge caution, especially for anyone insecure about their appearance. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. In February, I went in for a neck lift that couldn't be done so I decided to get Botox. I was 43 years old at the time & regularly keep up w/botox every 3 months, filler every 12-18 months, microneedling every 6 weeks with exosomes, rejuran or PRP, monthly IVs, etc. I received a quote for Botox from them for over $1,800 which was laughable because on what planet would I need that much in 1 session? I Botox my forehead & eyes, I've never paid that much for Botox. I ended up paying $350 & the Botox was weak, so I'll never return. Nice office & location, parking is available but this business definitely pushes sales & will try to get you to spend even if you don't need it. There are far too many medspas in the SoCal area to overpay & waste time w/a sales pitch. Hard pass! read more

I had such a great experience at Beauty Boost Med Spa. It was my first time there, I was referred after my massage therapist noticed seromas forming after my lipo. I was pretty worried, but they got me in the very next day. I saw Christine and she was super friendly and informative! She drained the seromas with quite a few needle pokes, but honestly it wasn't painful and she got a ton of fluid out. Later that night, after I took off more of my garment, I noticed a small spot we must've missed. I reached out the next day and they got me in same-day to fix it. Turns out there was more than just the little spot I thought we missed - I guess that's the thing with seromas, they can pop up overnight. Christine didn't charge me for the follow-up even though she easily could have, and I really appreciated that. She seemed to really care and understand my situation. Thought this place would be better ,but sadly disappointed by their service. I had to reschedule my 2 week touch up for Botox being sick with the flu . I went here for Botox to be done right and I always need it adjusted so my brows and forehead don't look uneven and bad. I called to reschedule they said they wouldn't honor that touch up since it was past 3 week mark. The worst place I've been to with customer service . Wouldn't even make an exception . Just all bad experience don't recommend here when they treat customers that they don't matter and your business doesn't matter to them .
