Tiev is a beautiful med spa, but the turnover is so high, every time you go to rebook there is a whole new team. I think we can all agree that when we find our person, we want to be able to go back to them, but that doesn't happen here, so that's concerning. On top of that my sister and I have both been left with the worst "Spock" brow after our visits. Out of all 10 years of receiving Botox this has never happened. So I don't know if it's the way they are training their staff, but I cannot deal with having my brows looking botched each time and having to return for a touch up. Very unfortunate. read more

I recently moved to OC and was super excited to find this beautiful med spa. However, ended up being a bad experience. First of all, I am very conservative with Botox and my injector kept pushing different areas to be treated. Second, I left with one spock eyebrow. It was as so bad, I tried to go in a few days before my 2 weeks to get it fixed because I was going out of town but they refused. Having to deal with that for 2 weeks was not fun. I've had Botox for well over 10 years and I've never experienced that before. In addition, the turn over rate is terrible every time it's a new group of people. I've been coming to TIEV for over a year now and I've always had Katelyn as my NP. I'm quite particular when it comes to who I choose to inject my face as we all should be! I specifically requested for Katelyn and scheduled my appointment three weeks out. While already unerring to my appointment, TIEV texts me that she is out sick and that PA Grace will step in. Honestly on me, I should have just asked to reschedule another time for Katelyn, but I had already waited 3 weeks and it's hard to find aligning times taken into consideration my work schedule as well. It was Grace's first day working at TIEV so she was figuring out where everything was. i did not like how I had to sit there while she was looking around to figure out where everything was located. there should have been at least some preparation done before the client walks into their appointment to minimize the client's waiting period. the injection itself wasn't as smooth sailing as what I am used to. read more

I went here for the first time today. I got a deluxe Hydro facial with a dermaplaning add-on with Riley.I have had a handful of derma planning treatments and she is by far the best I've had! So thorough and great pressure! I truly felt I got an incredible exfoliation, not just my fuzz getting scraped off. The Hydro facial part was great too. And she has great hands for the short massage portion of the facial. Facial massage was ON POINT and neck and shoulders too. She knows what feels good!!! not to mention she is a lovely person with a friendly warm demeanor. I wasn't planning on getting the membership because I live quite far. (Murrieta.) but I had such a fantastic experience, I couldn't say no. I will make the drive once a month to come see Riley! Easy five stars!!! oh and an honorable to the table. I am so happy with the service I received from Jezmine, which was great. The staff has always made my experience awesome.

I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My initial FaceTime consultation felt more like a sales call than a medical consultation. I was asked only a couple of questions about my skin and then quickly pushed toward products. The in-person staff on the day of my microneedling appointment were kind, and the procedure itself initially went fine. However, the overall professionalism and follow-up were extremely disappointing. The supervising physician was supposed to approve the procedure via FaceTime but was late and eventually joined briefly from home, asked very basic questions, and signed off quickly. It did not feel like thorough medical oversight. About two weeks after the procedure, I developed a significant facial rash despite following all post-care instructions. Attempts to contact the office went unanswered. I was told a FaceTime follow-up with the doctor would be scheduled... the doctor never showed up, and I was then ghosted. When I finally spoke to a nurse, I was told that follow-up care at that point was essentially a favor and "not her job," which was concerning given this is a medical aesthetic procedure. A later follow-up was also mishandled, with outreach happening after the scheduled appointment time. There are many med spas in the area, and I would recommend choosing one with more consistent communication, professionalism, and reliable medical follow-up. read more
