Vanessa has been my stylist for about 1-1/2 years. She really listens to what you like/don't like. When I first started going to her, I told her that I had hairdressers in the past who have done highlights on my hair which end up turning orangey when it starts to fade which I hate. She has done a fantastic job in picking the right shade for my hair. She'll do her best to squeeze you in if you need an appointment pronto. I had that happen when I kept putting off making an appointment. All of a sudden, I realized that holiday parties were coming up and I needed to have my grays touched up. So I have been coming here for eight years. I used Rebecca. She touched up my roots. She had the shampoo girl wash out my hair and brush it out. I requested some leaving conditioner to be put in. The shampoo girl asked Rebecca, Rebecca firmly just said no. I said, are you kidding? She said she did not have any. I asked her to ask other beauticians in the salon. I told her they sell it upfront to grab a bottle. She said no. I can't believe somebody would treat a client like that. I did call the owner. I never heard a response in the past. AMAZING PLACE!!! I use to dye my own hair red..... Big mistake! I loved it yet didn't know how to transition my hair from red back to brown. Winter was over and wanted the luxury of swimming without it bleeding and well dying my hair twice a month. So I went to a place that just bleached it out. I was a hot mess. I didn't know where to go. Then I was walking by beauty boutique 54 after a shopping trip to Publix and walked in. That's where I met Vanessa! She is amazing. She took the dead and dried hair on my head and totally transformed it into something amazing! I was blond orange and red with some brown. Her techniques and the fact that she took the time out to study my hair and what was best for me to gain the most results was truly a god send! I walked out feeling more confident and happy about myself and not thinking I'm going to have to shave it all off and start from scratch. Lol. I cannot say better thanks about Rachelle and Annie!! I had 2 terrible allergic reactions to makeup (out of nowhere) when I was doing makeup trials for my wedding from 2 other places. I came to Rachelle so upset and worried about getting another allergic reaction. She was so sweet and worked with me allowing me to use all my own products and brushes to avoid any sort of allergies in my wedding day alleviating my fears. Annie, one of Rachelle's assistants ended up doing my makeup for my wedding and I have to say I have never felt prettier or looked better and had no issues with any sort of makeup allergy! My makeup was perfectly flawless from the moment she applied it. She was very detailed and worked with me on finding the perfect wedding lip which was very important to me. She was so professional, and stayed all day to do touch ups. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Annie and everyone commented about how amazing my makeup was!
