A stylist here previously told me that there is ONLY ONE PERSON at this location who can do a good updo and to make sure to request that person-she said that "they are lying to you" if they say any other stylist can do a good updo here. I only come here because I don't know of another salon that offers convenient blowouts-if anyone has suggestions, please let me know! It feels wrong to be in establishment that only offers styling services and blowouts-get apparently their own stylist don't think they do a good job on updo styles and now they also blindside you with $30 additional fees for them taking longer to do the appointment which you have booked. (They also don't tell you they are taking longer nor do they tell you about this fee prior to your apt) For the record, I do not have very long hair, nor is my hair thick, particularly curly, and nor do I have extensions. The stylists here are very nice, I just always feel underwhelmed & ripped off leaving here. Also the chairs are horribly uncomfortable & the salon itself is begging for a refresh.
