I would say the service you receive really varies on how crowded it is and how busy they are with other guests. Since then I've gotten to come back for a facial, and oh my goodness. You walk in feeling like one person and leave feeling like you've been transported to another dimension. What a luxurious treat. They did recommend a multitude of Botnia products after and I'm a "yes person" so had a hard time saying no... but given the creams I already have from this shop was able to do it successfully. :) Looking forward to my next visit for a very special indulgence!
