Beauty By Corin was the hair and makeup vendor that I chose for my Yosemite elopement in November 2020.  When COVID-19 hit, everything was so uncertain and it was extremely difficult to plan our wedding.  After rescheduling 4 times, we decided to go small and have an intimate elopement ceremony with just our parents.  Corin was responsive via email as I shared all the various ideas for my hair and makeup.   When Corin arrived on the day of the wedding, she was so easy to talk to and was super sweet!  We reviewed my inspiration photos together and decided on a gorgeous glam look and pretty half updo.  I ended up bringing a veil but didn't know how to incorporate it into the look.  Corin knew exactly how to place it and it was stunning! So happy I had Corin as my hair and makeup artist for my wedding. She came through for me on a late booking, and was easy and sweet to communicate with from beginning to end. She was punctual and efficient, at the same time made me feel comfortable for both my trial and the day of. Prom night 2015. As with most people this day started off hectic for us. The hair appointment was too close to the departure time and the make up appoint flaked on us. This could have ruined my daughters prom if it wasn't for Corin (pronounced cU-rin). I called her on prom day at 11:30 AM, she answered on the second ring, and she was friendly and a patient listener. She had another appointment that she was heading to 30 miles away, but because of our situation, she committed to finding a way to help us. She gave us a time that she believed she would be finished with her appointment. In the mean time she asked for photos of my daughters current hair style and photos of the style she wanted. After reviewing the photos, Corin called me back about 10 minutes later. She gave me an arrival time, the duration of the hair and makeup session, and a fixed amount for service. She even sent a text notifying us she was on her way. She arrived on time and well prepared with all of her materials, equipment, and supplies. She was professional, courteous, extremely talented & skilled with hair and makeup, and within 10 minutes she and my daughter were laughing and having a great conversation, like they've known each other for years. Corin is a freelance consultant so she comes to you (very convenient). Corin's price rate was very affordable (I'm a Dad with four kids and on a budget so price is important to me).
