The lady doing my toes was so sweet & was trying to work with my chipped toes. The French tip almost seemed impossible because of my toes but I knew that coming in. Lauren (owner) overheard our conversation about my chipped toe nails, & kindly offered her help. She stepped in & was extremely thorough in making sure they looked "perfect" and to her standards. Her attention to detail was heartwarming. She also took the opportunity to lovingly help mentor her staff and guide them on how to work around my broken nails.
