I visited this salon twice. The first time was for my daughter's nails, and we had such a great experience that I told myself I would definitely come back for my own appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was very different the second time around. I work in an office and spend most of my day typing, so I specifically wanted short, practical acrylic nails. When I explained that to Ken, he didn't seem very pleased that I wanted them kept short. I wasn't looking for long, dramatic nails--just something clean, professional, and well done. I also took advantage of the complimentary pedicure that was offered. However, my full set was completely finished before the pedicure even started, despite my nails being done on the spa side where the pedicure was taking place. From a distance, my nails look okay, but up close there are quite a few imperfections. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future. read more

I came here for mother and daughter time with a friend and her daughter. I had a pedicure and my daughter had a . I love that there wasn't too much pressure on any upsells. The chairs were clean and well maintained. I eventually ended up getting a mini massage which was nice and well worth it. Their prices are very reasonable. I would come back here again. read more

I give it a 3.5! For the price it was nice, took a very long time but I got a mani pedi with a full set for 50 plus tip, loved my nails although one was crooked and the water for my toes was lukewarm which was disappointing. Other than that great service! Next time I will be booking with the owner but overall good for the price Noticed some dots :( read more

1st experience was horrible. People kept changing out with my manicure. Final male manicurist cut my fingers twice--very painful for an entire week. 2nd experience was a bit better. Both times English was not spoken by most. Gave up trying to get a price quote. Again, change out of people. Confusion when I changed from French tips to gel only pale pink/tangerine. Ended up with a French tip with too dark of base. I gave up. Cut too short--she said a little bit cut--it was way too much. Color too dark due to confusion. Expensive. Will not go back. read more

Pretty poor experience. I made an appointment ahead of time, then the guy behind the desk acted like me being there was an inconvenience to them. Maybe because I was just getting a simple manicure and nothing fancy, but the vibe was bad from the start. The guy doing my nails was a bit awkward during my service. My nails were not shaped evenly, then the polish was peeling off my nails by the next morning. I got my nails done in the afternoon and was being super careful not to mess them up before my event the next day, but the polish lifted off in sheets off my nails. read more

The kid doing my basic mani pedi used a dremmel grinder on my nails and toes. This was last October, so about six months ago. One of my toe nails he ground down so thin it actually split the nail in half and I had to keep putting nail glue on it till it grew out. I posted on a local Facebook page to avoid this place and tons of others have had similar experiences where they have actually been injured here as well. We're filing complaints with the state board as well, but beware of this place. I'm not going to complain about how bad the service was or how condescending the tech was to me, that pales in comparison to actually being injured getting a pedicure. It has taken six months and my big toe nails are still growing out and the damage done to the nails and nail bed are awful looking. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, my mani/pedi was not worth $120... 2 wks later my toe nail fell off... no injury to my toe or nail. worst Gel X mani i've ever gotten. Unless you're booking with the Owner, I wouldn't recommend. I told them how hard i worked on growing my nails out and to make it healthy. Soaked them off and they're completely dry and have "ring of fire" on all my finger nails and toe nail that fell off... will NOT be back. read more
