It's a shame because the two people that were there were nice. I had already experienced a bad mani and pedi from a different place and came here to fix it. But it was worse. My big toe is so sore and irritated. She kept filing and filing. Not even the same shape as the other one. I'm on my feet 24/7 and wearing shoes hurt so bad. She then started cutting deep into it on the side. As for the mani, the guy was nice but looking at my nails now, the job was horrible. My thumb looks melted. There's nail polish near my cuticles, looks messy. I wasted $93 that I could have used towards something else. I would advise going somewhere else. read more

Walked in Monday to get a regular French Mani and they suggested a gel version. I declined, as the removal process always tears up my nails beds and damages them for months...even when done in salon. They charged me $30 and said "it won't last long." I said, I needed it for a specific thing Tuesday. I really liked the look, and the guy made them "thick" as requested, to appear longer. I loved them. I noticed a tiny nick 24 hrs later. The real problem is today. 48 hours later, and I'll need to spend time repairing them on my own already. Not cool, in my book!! So I won't be back, even though it's a lovely place. Also - I'm GLAD I didn't even consider the extra $10 for the gel version...I see another review says it only lasted 5 days anyhow. Both were great but I REALLY loved the way my daughter's nails turned out. He was patient with her because she couldn't decide on a color...he didn't rush and he was very particular and efficient. I've been wanting to try this nail salon out since they have good reviews on Yelp. I came in as a walk in and they were able to fit me in. They are busy with returning clients who have appointments. Which I saw as a good sign and happily waited. I have a hard time picking a nail color so that gave me time to browse their selection of colors which they have a lot. Even though I narrowed it down. I still wasn't sure. Peter helped me and he is amazing! I showed him a picture on my phone of the look I was going for. He was able to help me find the color that was closest to the picture I showed him. It ended up being Ciao Bella 165 and I love it. I got a classic pedicure with gel polish and a regular manicure. Peter did my pedicure and wow my toe cuticles and feet are so clean and soft. Tia happened to be available to do my manicure. They both did an amazing job. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I felt right at home. The salon is bright and clean with soft music playing. I can see why they have good reviews and would recommend trying them out! Ask for Peter! I literally got THE BEST FOOT MASSAGE of my life! I called around to a lot of nail salons and this place had the lowest price ($25, most places start at $30-35)c so I took it and was slightly nervous. They were courteous, did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and I brought my mom and sister who all got great pedicures too! I waited a week to write this review so I can share the quality of the nails as well as the service that was given. From the very beginning the owner was welcoming and so was the technicians obviously they had made regulars because a lot of clients returns. As for me I don't think I will thought. 4 stars for staff because they were friendly and welcoming, however the guy who was working on my nails felt like he was in a hurry , I guess he has another appointment coming up and I felt like rushed my pedicure. My nails was not cut properly at least not enough, he was rough and so his work was a little painful. The nail quality was not okay though I had a gel manicure and pedi . My manicure didn't last long less than 5 days I chipped my nails already. And then after that it's just worse. Anyways I love how they are friendly and all but it's not enough for me to return. read more

Limited amount of colors to choose from I had picked out a baby pink color and somehow ended up with coral an infected toenail due to the tech cutting my ingrown (which is illegal). I also ended up with uncured gel on my toes and peeling due to him trying to clean up the left over polish and lifting the gel. While we were getting our toes done another couple walked in and both of the techs looked at each other and were cussing in Vietnamese. Got an infected big toe nail from a pedicure here. I knew it was a bad pedicure and immediately washed my feet and put rubbing alcohol around my nails when I got home, but still ended up with an infection. I repeatedly asked the lady doing it (didn't catch her name) to stop cutting cuticles because several nail folds were getting red and irritated, and she repeatedly tried to keep picking at them with the cuticle cutters. She also scraped the skin of my other big toe up with the nail drill when removing my old gel polish, and tried to exfoliate the TOP of my toes where the skin is most delicate, like under the free edge of my nail. She even admitted to always trying to cut too much at the end of the appointment as if that doesn't lead to broken skin and infections. read more

I have nothing bad to say about French Nails. My only complaint was when I would come in- I just never knew if I was going to get the same quality each time. The service is great, the staff is kind and if I ever need to stay close to home- I'll come back. It's just the lack of consistency that keeps off that last star. read more

I absolutely had to post this weeks nails because it's the first time that l've ever added something on the top of my nail that sticks off as much as the cherries, or this heart. I absolutely loved the experience of interacting with my nail artist, and being able to communicate about different colors and what goes well with them. The whole team is great, they all have their specialties but all of them are so talented they will do just about any design, within reason. The atmosphere is always good vibes, it's either relaxing and calming or fun and uplifting. Thank you guys for giving me a new thing to admire about myself. I came in with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience didn't meet them. I've got glue residue stuck on my fingers, and there are visible dots and bubbles on my nails if you look closely. I was charged $50 plus tip for acrylic nails with 3 add-on tips, and the rest were my natural nails. I honestly had high hopes for this place since it was referred to me by someone who goes there for pedicures. Before going I called to see if they had any availability and for pricing because lately every nail shop loves to surprise you with fees. I asked how much for solid color and for white tip specifically not for an acrylic tip but for white tip, they said gel builder solid color 55 and white tip 65. They told me the best guy for gel builder is Richard so thats who I booked the appointment with. I get there on time I show him exactly what I wanted and I specifically said I wanted thin tip. He shapes them and proceeded to polish. While doing this again I had showed him the picture while he was starting to do the tip because I was seeing he wasn't doing the tip the way I had asked. Now sometimes they look bad at first but you have to trust the process so I waited and after the second nail I can see he wasn't getting it right. Although I showed him the picture and held it up. I then asked him to modify , kept saying thinner, more round in the middle and he couldn't get it. He then tells me it's going to be 75.00 because I'm getting white tip, mind you I specifically asked for that pricing and they said 65 but he then said no, the tip acrylic is 65 and white tip is 75 I'm just like what ? So instead of arguing I told him that's not what I was told but it's fine if that's what you say/ By then I said you know what charge me whatever I'm just gonna pay and never come back for my set here. You can see he's getting frustrated at that point because I kept telling him my polish was bubbling and it was thick so I stopped asking him to do anything. I have never in my life paid 75 for a white tip, for this length or this thick with absolutely nothing but residue all over my fingers. I felt like I did the paint job myself. I then go to pay and then he says I'll just charge 65 since that's what we told you but at that point he can see I was already frustrated and completely unsatisfied. I don't know but after doing a nail job you would think he would want to check his work and clean it up so that when a customer walks out they are satisfied but also to know you did a great job and a customer can come back but it didn't look like he cared and was just looking to get paid. If this is their best gel builder guy and this is 75.00 I can't imagine anyone else's work. Maybe I was unlucky but for being a first time customer I expect to walk out with a very good job done for 75.00 this is ridiculous. I also attached my inspiration picture which Looks nothing like what I asked for. read more
