When I called to do so, they confirmed an appointment time that I never requested, which was odd because I would never have scheduled at that time. I rescheduled and called two weeks in advance to confirm my appointment. They confirmed it, but when I arrived, I was told that my appointment was actually the day before. When I asked for clarification, they questioned who had confirmed it, even though they do not send email confirmations. Overall, the scheduling and communication are extremely disorganized. I was told i would be taken straight in and waited another 15 minutes because the person i needed to see was 'on the phone'. After pushing them again I saw the consultant for 2 minutes who didnt apologize for keeping me waiting even though I provided her feedback. She was a total robot. The only reason I go back to this clinic is because of the injector Jiselle who is awesome but now with several experiences similar to this where they are not considerate of my time I am thinking about exploring other options. I walked past 3 doctors/clinics to get to this one.. I would suggest refining the operations as clients as have too much choice.

They have an intention to take as much money from you as they possibly can without taking in what's actually better for your personal facial anatomy.. Went here couple years ago for my first ever lip injection with Julia. Good results with 0.5ml back in 2016 so naturally when I dissolved my lips during COVID, I wanted to start fresh so I went back in 2022 to see Julia again and I'm shocked at her technique. Right away after the appointment after 1ML I knew something was wrong. My entire upper lip was overfilled and already had the appearance of migration because she didn't inject properly into my lip and I was left with a filler moustache; Especially when smiling. My lips resembled Homer Simpson with a sausage filled upper lip moustache. ... I was told it was swelling , I'm not new to fillers but I have never walked out of any clinic looking the way I did and paying the amount I did for Teoysal. I was expecting amazing results... so I Waited few days but I was embarrassed about how I looked. I was afraid to smile because I look botched. I still waited 2 weeks to see if it in fact was "swelling" but it didn't get better in fact my vermillion border is compromised and my lips are really ruined... I decided to contact the JKA clinic / Julia and ask for dissolving in upper lip. Went into to get my upper lip dissolved and Julia tried to be professional but instead she had attitude of why I wanted it dissolved. I told her It's My face I don't like the results (I don't understand how an injecting professional wouldnt see the problem with my botched upper lip). She made me feel very uncomfortable and never experienced such hostility from an injector before. The dissolving was mediocre and barely noticed a difference as well. Tried to contact them again for a second dissolving and now they're ignoring my calls and texts and respond with "we're too busy we'll call you when we have an appointment" .. texted off another number asking for a 1ML lip injection by Julia AND OF COURSE THEY HAD AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY SAME WEEK. I went to a different more professional clinic I've been to before (they just get booked up a lot and hard to get spots but got put on a wait list) and paid to have my upper lip properly dissolved TWICE and they noticed the migration / over filled filler in my upper lip RIGHT AWAY without me even pointing it out. They told me my vermillion border was ruined because my lips weren't injected properly and the filler softened up my border to the point where I have to now carefully get smaller amount of lip injections to build my border up again... I know this review was long but it was needed. A lot of people don't speak up after getting bad injections and stay quiet. I talked about JKA to other girlfriends and they were all on the same page. Instagram makes results look great, but in the results they're never smiling or you would see the overfilled product and they rather overfill than do what's best. I've had 1ML many times without any problems I just took Covid to dissolve and start new but having these results especially on fresh dissolved lips and then getting treated with hostility afterwards really irritated me of how unprofessional they really are after wasting almost 700$.
