I shouldn't have booked because my experience only worsened. Their cancellation policy does not have a force majeure clause meaning even if you get Covid-19 your $100 deposit will be taken from you (and possibly more). I would have been a new client and notified my stylist as soon as I knew I had Covid. Due to the sickness manifesting outside of the cancellation policy my deposit was still taken. Usually the deposit and the entire fee of the service would be charged but regardless of the circumstances, even Covid which is out of everyone's control, there will be a significant fee if something out of your control causes it to be impossible for you to receive your service.
