I don't believe they do surgery at this facility but they do micro needling, botox, and injectable fillers. I can only comment as to #1, as I've been taking my ladyfriend to this facility for two years now. Parking is easy, the lobby is spartan but nice enough as a waiting area, and they do keep to within 20 minutes of their appointment schedule. The ophthalmologist we deal with is the wonderfully named Dr. Relief Jones. He's remarkably knowledgeable, willing to explain complex issues, and does NOT push you towards drugs or surgery while conditions are still manageable with supplements or corrective lenses. The location has ample parking and is inviting when you walk it. I was promptly greeted, and my esthetician was ready before my appointment time. She was very patient and explained every step of the facial and what she noticed about my skin. It was such a relaxing and thorough facial that I was very impressed. When features were being given out before birth, I must have missed the eyebrow line because I definitely wasn't given any. My sister used to call them my "commas" and it has always been the one feature I am most self-conscious about and most unhappy with in general. I could not leave my house until I had a full-face of makeup on and my eyebrows were perfect because my brows crippled my confidence and self-esteem so much. I have been drawing them on for 10+ years now and last year I made the commitment to have them microbladed. The artist I went to offered a "natural" look, so I thought it would be a great fit. It wasn't. I was displeased with the color, the shape (especially the tail!), the placement, and pretty much everything about my new brows even after having multiple, expensive touch-ups. I essentially ended up still drawing them on every day after I covered up the microblading with foundation and concealer. When I discovered Tessa on Instagram, I instantly fell in love with her work. The looks that she created were gorgeous, full brows that looked absolutely natural - everything I had wanted in the first place! As soon as I was able, I booked an appointment with her. She took the time to ask me about my prior skincare treatments, my current skincare products, and taught me about what products I can introduce into my routine, and their benefits. I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. Terrible management and customer service--photos speak for themselves…read more While the nurse practitioner who treated me was pleasant and apologetic, my experience with the management and customer service at The Injection Room was unacceptable. I came in for Botox and Sculptra, spending $2,000. During the treatment for my crow's feet, a vein was hit, resulting in a severe, spreading black eye. I have been receiving Botox regularly for 13 years and have never experienced bruising anywhere near this level. The swelling and discoloration were so intense that I had to proactively explain what happened to colleagues at work because it looked like I had suffered a traumatic injury. What made this situation truly awful was the response from management. It took days to even receive a call back. When management finally addressed the issue, they refused any type of refund or meaningful accommodation on the $2,000 spent, simply pointing out that I had signed a release form and claiming that bruising is normal. In my opinion, brushing off this severity of bruising as "normal" shows complete disregard for client care once they have your money. Nice practitioner, but zero customer support or accountability from leadership when things go wrong. If you look at the attached photo and think that is an acceptable result for $2,000, book here. I will never return.
