They did communicate that with me, but I would've appreciated quicker service, especially since I had an appointment. As for my nails, I loved the color and the service I got. My nail tech was friendly and took her time. That said, my nails started chipping at about a week and a half, which was very disappointing. Now after 2 weeks, they are chipping significantly. Overall I am not happy that my nails didn't last at least 2 weeks.

I knew the end result would be phenomenal based on my braider's eyebrows but my experience was award-winning. The establishment was comfortable, clean and sanitary! The artist, Magda, was accomodating, creative and communicative. I didn't know which technique to choose but trusted her and the process. Before my scheduled appointment, I was provided clear expectations and guidelines of what to do to minimize excessive bleeding and scarring. I have ZERO regrets! I found them on IG and booked my appointment online. I started out coming when they were in Oak Brook. I get the ombre shading to my eyebrows. And everyone loves my brows. My work is amazing and stands out. Magda is nice and friendly. The shop is bright and clean and the music they play is nice too. They get you in and out promptly, too! I definitely recommend them.
