Jacquee was AMAZING to work with for our wedding. I was a Covid bride and rescheduled multiple times and Jacquee stuck by me! Jacquee was incredibly profressional and asked all the right questions to ensure I got the look I wanted for my big day. Jacquee was also very Covid-conscious which we appreacited because my mother and niece are both high-risk. Jacquee was also conscious about makeup colors and hairstyles for a BIPOC bridal party. I've had makeup artists who thought adding more bronzer would be enough to match by skin tone because they didn't bring enough varied foundation but Jacquee put in forthought and brought all the necessary supplies. Jacquee is so incredibly talented!!! She did my make up for me (bride) and my 8 bridesmaids and MIL and MOB also got their makeup done and she was very timely and so professional. She kept me calm all morning as well! She has such a calming energy and the best person to have around on wedding day! Her makeup skills are unmatched! Each one of my bridesmaids has a different skin tone and look and she made each one of them so beautiful! My makeup lasted for 12+ hours and we it was 90 degrees the day of our wedding! I worked with Jacquee for lash services. For the purpose of this review I will rate her on skill, professionalism and price. Like the first reviewer stated Jacquee has a very curt and rude demeanor. In terms of skill, she takes 2+ hours for a refill (shouldn't take more than 1 hour), I experienced several painful pinches in the process, left with glue residue in my eye sometimes and worst of all the look was not what I was going for but I thought that I could provide feedback for improvement. When given feedback she would appear visibly annoyed and despite feedback and photo examples she never gave me the look I wanted. As far as professionalism, she doesn't have a booking site. To book an appointment you have to text her cell and wait. Half the time she doesn't respond and when she does respond it is brief and incomplete information. For example when you message her if she's available on certain days she will just reply with a No or no I'm fully booked instead of providing future availability. Lastly, her price- not competitive for the overall experience she provides. She's in a tiny suite with a stiff bed. I went to my first appointment at an actual spa with comfortable chairs that lean back (much more comfortable for this type of service if you have any back issues) Booking was a breeze. I didn't have to beg anyone to reply or follow up. Everyone was friendly and respectful. They listened and nailed the look I was going for. A brand new full set took an hour and a half and cost 20% less than what she charged. It was clean, zero glue in my eye, no sharp pain during the fill whatsoever. If you're looking for lash services definitely do your research there's much better out there. read more

Jacquee's lash extensions are beautiful. Full and long without looking totally fake. She listened to what I was looking for and executed perfectly. I was nervous to get extensions again after some bad experiences, but I couldn't be happier!! Plus, they really last and look good even 2-3 weeks later. Super disappointing. My hair fell before she even started on my makeup. After she finished with my hair, no one could tell that I even had it done. I just wanted a soft curl at the bottom, so it wasn't complicated but there was no added volume and whatever she tried to do didn't hold. She tried to fix it before she left, but I just wanted to leave the chair so I could do it myself. For some reason seemed scared to do winged liner. I had her redo it a few times before I said it was fine, because I could tell she was over it and I figured I'd fix that myself too. Everyone else in my party was not happy with their final looks either. She also finished after her scheduled time and had us rushing out the door in the end. What an awfully, rude woman :( Came from out of state looking for a new lash artist- she saw me walk in, didn't greet me, texted me ( didn't come out to lobby to see me sitting there waiting ) asking where I was after waiting 8 minutes in her lobby. I had to get up and let her know I was siting right outside her door. She tells me AFTER I had driven 45 minutes to get to her that my son couldn't sit on his device while she did my lashes. Would've been nice to know her policies ahead of time. I thought people in the Midwest were nice?! She at least could've given me some grace coming all the way here. Not to mention her facial expression implied she's been constipated for a decade or so. Unfortunate waste of my day. read more
