She said we're really busy and she seemed to be in a real rush. There's only two of us here. I told her I wanted to cut. She asked me if she had to shampoo it and I said yes. After the I've ever had in my life by a cut it in less than five minutes and I said you're already done and she said yes do you want it and I said which I was shocked I had to say yes to she blew dry it. The whole thing was done the cut shampoo and blow dry all within 15 minutes and at the end, when she showed me the outcome, I was flabbergasted. It was terrible. My hair was still damp. It was still frizzy and not straight from the blow dry and the bangs were like turned onward. I told her I wanted them straight or to the side and they were too short for that she did a terrible job. I will never go back there again and I never should've tipped her. I did that only because I feel like rude not to tip people, but I tip much less than I normally would, but I was completely disappointed and shocked. I've never had such a poor cut or been rushed so much in my entire life I will never go back to that place.
