The assistant manager, while polite, proudly presented a copy of the cancellation agreement and insisted that I had agreed to the 60-day limitation when I signed the form. Unfortunately, she appeared to have no authority to resolve the issue and demonstrated little understanding of basic customer service principles. Based on previous reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident. The discrepancy between what customers are told, what is documented on the gift certificates, and how the business ultimately handles these situations reflects a pattern of deceptive and unprofessional practices. Long-term customer loyalty appears to hold very little value here.

If your massage is one hour that is 60 min not 50 not 40 and definitely not 35 ! And I did asked them why I did not have full hour as I have been told prior massage! front desk girl answered oh it's 50 minutes that is considered one hour well let me tell you all of you yo need go back to school to learn how to count because obviously you don't know to count!
