Recently, I received a color service and left the appointment not completely satisfied and desiring more (the technique and application was perfect, but the color wasn't as blonde as I was hoping for). To my surprise, the owners went out of their way to call me. They addressed the very minor issue and offered a color correction at no additional cost to me.
