I was doing my usual shopping and I saw her with a customer. Even though she was busy, she took a few seconds to tell me I can go on the app and book an appointment. She was extremely friendly so I took a chance. I am so glad I did! I love Giselle! She is awesome with her customer service, experience and knowledge for someone like me who has problems with my eyes. She makes me feel beautiful. I've had a problem for over 30 years with my left eye, not tearing. As I've gotten older it's gotten worse. It's very hard for me to make my eyebrows look even. I've gone to a few other people, but I've haven't stuck with anyone. Giselle doesn't try to rush me out of the seat, she takes her time and works to make my brows look great. She helped me find the perfect shade to match my skin tone and gave recommendations for her favorite products. She was great and super helpful! The only drawback was that several of the products I was interested in were out of stock. Not a huge deal as I found other products I liked, but it was somewhat frustrating picking a product based on the tester, then realizing the product is sold out. I will totally go to this location again though. The staff was all super helpful!

I'm by no means a salon connoisseur, but Reflections stands out for a few reasons…read more 1. They're male friendly. Several of the stylists are quite good at male hairstyles. Conversations about farming or home remodeling are just as welcome as conversations about style and fashion. 2. The stylists support each other as a team. I haven't noticed any of the backstabbing and competition which ruin some salons. 3. The ventilation is excellent. I'm unable to even walk into many salons because of the heavy chemical smell. That's not the case here.

A month ago I walked out of Pro Cuts and went across the street to Sports Clips because the customer support seemed to be lacking. I've always been treated nicely at Pro-Cuts, but that day I waited 20 minutes without being acknowledged, which is unusual for this location. Initially, I thought there were customers ahead of me and another gentleman who was waiting, but when a new employee I didn't recognize walked behind the counter and began doing wherever she was doing without acknowledging either of us, I walked out and went to sports clips across the street. Today I had direct interaction with the same new employee and I didn't make it past checking in before I walked out knowing I won't be coming back to this establishment again...even if I have to pay more at Sports Clips. This employee was beyond rude! She talked to me like I was annoying her and as if I was incapable of signing into their new sign-in system. I refuse to be treated like this especially after being a faithful multi-year customer. I'm the type of person that will pay extra for good and honest service. All it took was one person to destroy my loyalty to Pro-Cuts. If you can be anything, be kind.
