This was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions. After expressing my thoughts as to what I was going for, my technician, Casey, made her recommendation and I went with a semi dramatic look. The whole process took about 1hr and 15 mins. I totally love the way they look on me! The first 24 hrs were a bit hard because they can't get wet and I went late in the evening. They also felt a bit itchy but it was a temporary effect of the adhesive. All and all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for this service. There are many places in the Bayside/Flushing área offering Groupons, but I opted to pay full price because I truly feel that you get what you pay for. Before reading the reviews, I knew she's very clever with her sales tactic and I am very aware of it from the moment I walked in. It felt like she was trying to do me a favor. Of course, I agreed with a facial only because my skin needed a makeover. Did I enjoy the facial? Sure I fell asleep . I was tired. My face felt somewhat nice after. Not fair and will not be returning as this is the third time she changed the price on me without telling me beforehand in less than a year. So... I did 7 months of laser hair removal on my face and belly and my face is still fuzzy and my belly is growing back. My last sessions were in may/June of this year. I feel Like I was taken advantage of. The owner also kept trying to sell me on another package as well as other packages at EVERY VISIT. Like no my teeth are white, my skin is great. I only needed laser hair removal. Other folks that i've spoken to who have had laser hair removal had great results, including my mom and sister. The results of laser hair removal has been amazing as the hair hardly grows back anymore. Each visit the staff shows their professionalism. They are kind and really know what they are doing. Of course with laser treatments they can be a little painful, but the staff here makes sure I am comfortable and that when doing the laser treatment it doesn't hurt that much. The microdermabrasion treatments are also amazing! After each treatment there is a little redness but it goes away within a couple of hours. I had my eyelash extensions 1 week ago, I wanted to have mink but the owner and receptionist almost begging me to have something that cost more so I decided to give it a try. I wish I never came here. Th lashes started to falling off next day with my own lashes. I had done eyelash extensions for almost 5 years and I never had this problem. Do not waste your time and money here. Worst place I ever been. Even when I am having my lash extensions at there, the glue kept getting into my eyes. I should had stoped when that happened. I usually do not write review often but I do not want the same thing happen to anybody like me. It cost $97ish with discount. Worth of nothing. All left out lashes irritated my eyes now bc of thick glue she used for my lashes. And kept felling off and irritating my own eyes. Speaking of glue, when I first choose to have mink lashes which is cheaper , the receptionist told me that she does not recommend it because the glue they using for mink is not the same glue they using for others meaning no safer for me since I am pregnant. So I said I do not want the technician to use that glue for mink I can pay extra for better glue , hen she changed her words that glue they using for mink is not bad. When I got in the room the owner came in to me and she said she would recommend the one that cost extra $30 but will give me a discount for $20 this time. Unbelievable. AGAIN! I recently came to get my eyelashes done through a Groupon. Upon arrival the owner convinced me to purchase the Japanese eyelashes because they last longer and are softer. I obliged and spent $66 through the Groupon. Pros: the bed where she applied my lashes was heated, clean, and comfy, my eyelashes looked beautiful Cons: my lashes fell out the next day!!! I couldn't enjoy them for a day. While applying the lashes the lady took 1.5 hours for natural eyelashes (so much fewer lashes) her hands also felt heavy over my hands and she seemed to be struggling For someone who takes extreme care of her lashes- I rarely wear makeup, gently wash my face with oil free cleanser, and avoid touching my eyes... I'm extremely disappointed with the services and the quality of the lashes. The only reason for the additional star is the warm bed and how beautiful my lashes lasted for 1 day. Side note- there's a sign that says if you post a positive yelp review there will be 5 dollars off your next service which is extremely disheartening and leads me to believe a lot of these reviews are not genuine. read more

I been here several times the only reason I gave a star was because when they do lash extensions they are nice me and mom have done that before ..!! Do not get your eyebrows tattooed here.. I paid $250 each for me and my mom to get tattoo eyebrows which took a total of a month because you have to go twice. The second time is for touch up. Once they healed both me and my mom had spots missing and not the way we asked. I went back for a third time and they charged me additional $50 and still my eyebrows are thin when the point was to bring them closer and thicker. I was very excited to get a facial and trusted the great reviews however I am not happy with the results. Once the facial was done I saw myself in the mirror briefly and my face looked like it was glowing except for a giant bump on my head that looked like I got into a fight. I thought to myself it will probably go down with time since that was what the esthetician had told me. Once I got home and left time pass I realized that my forehead was full of scabs as well as my right check. When I was getting a facial it was very painful unlike when I went to another spa called Sense Spa also located in bayside. They did a beautiful job and I had more pimples but she didn't leave one scab and I saw results the next day and got many compliments. Now my family members came over for a family dinner and kept asking me what happened to my face because of all the scabs. Today is the second day post facial and the giant bump has only gone done a little but the scabs are still very visible. I would not recommend anyone to get a facial here. So I was here on a groupon deal for eyelash extensions. I will begin with the positives first. The lady that applied my lashes was fast and efficient, (whole process took 1 hour). i had my own private room with technician VS. being out in the open with several beds and several people next to you. Although It has only been a week, only 1 or 2 lashes fell off. Now I proceed to the negatives.... there was a coworker of my eyelash technician that kept coming in and speaking in their native tongue, so that euphoric and relaxation completely went out the door, so as private as it was, it was ruined (lol) Also, my technician was trying to sell me hardcore to come back and I gave a run-around type answer and she had the nerve to ask me what I do for a living. So my mother introduced to this small (but very clean) place located on bell blvd. Oh just to mention, the parking here is terrible! If you drive here make sure you come at least 20 mins earlier- trying to find parking nearby is hella annoying. I met the owner of the place while I was waiting for my mother to finish one of her fat dissolving whatchama-call it sessions and honestly she's really nice. I read some of the reviews saying she's pushy, in my honest opinion she's just a business woman who's trying to sell services. All you need to tell her is that you're not interested in anything extra at that moment and she will leave you alone. Services: I've done a total of six sessions for my underarms and my face and I love the results. Their machine is great and they have different levels for your skin color (darken tones need a strong laser level lol it wasn't fun) my friend asked me if the sessions were painful. LISTEN, of course you're gonna experience discomfort. It's hair removal but the results are soooooo worth it. The sessions removed shadows on my face (yuck) and my underarms are smooth with no nasty dark shadows from constant shaving. I won't lie to you ladies, the underarms were the worst. The first time I did my underarms I asked the technician if my underarms were bleeding, it was that painful. She laughed and goes no sweetie you're not. Overall the services here are great and I love coming here. I'm grew up in flushing queens and have dealt with the Asian community my whole life. I went here to get eyebrow permanent tattoo but the owner recommended I should get a microblading so I did. I am very disappointed its took three hour and its was so painful and this wasn't my first time. The next day my left eyebrow had 9 small blister so I went to the store and show her the blister and you know what she said " Its normal", come back in 4 to 6 week to get touch up.!
