She was so sweet and said she would do her best to remove it before my lift. She was very engaging throughout the appointment, making small talk but also explaining the process. It's been a few weeks now and my eyelashes look fantastic. They have the perfect amount of curl and the lashes are perfectly separated so they look whispery not spidery... if that makes sense!? The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. They sell a lot of products and Becca made a few recommendations but she wasn't pushy about sales. They also have a reward program for discounted services after a dozen appointments. Scheduling was easy (I did it online but am sure it can be done over the phone as well) and although I didn't immediately recognize the address, it is easy to find on the second floor above the Collectivo in Grafton. The spa was very clean and Amy is extremely friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. My facial was quite fabulous. I felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and tailored the facial to my skin type and needs. As she administered the facial, Amy educated me on my skin type and noted problem areas and gave me positive feedback as well. I never felt as though I was being "sold" on a product throughout my time there but actually learned a lot about how to use products in general. She worked hard at matching my color and asked lots of questions to be sure she was doing what I wanted. And what a sweet personality! Also the pricing was reasonable for the amount of work she did and the amount of time she worked with me. The salon is in an easy location to find ( around the corner from the Main St address).
