I waited 10 minutes, and then finally called, she acted like her husband had called me, before telling me they gonna be able to make it to do my nails. this was the day before Christmas Eve, so as you can imagine, there's no way I could get them done, two of my nails are broken and look trashy, I hate riding, but I would never want this to happen to someone else. They asked her to go sit in the mani chair and someone would be right there to help. They didn't fill her tub up with water, talk to her or anything that whole hour! They talked bad about us right in front of us, and would look at us and laugh. This made my sisters and I all really uncomfortable. One more thing to note, the place started getting busy after our appointment started and they were rushing so quickly on one of my sisters they cut her. They were rude and unkind! I would pay more money somewhere else than be treated this way again!
