I had a great experience today I got a gel pedi(with gel removal) and a gel mani, it took an hour and 45 minutes it was incredibly thorough and turned out great, loved the salon it smelled great walking in, super clean and you can tell they all take pride in their work. I spent $115 (tipped on top of that) which I found to be on a little more of the expensive side but I dont get my nails done very often, thanks so much! I definitely recommend ;) read more

I called the night before and asked for a 10am appt. The person said can I do 9:15am and I said yes. I come in early and the (owner?) said I didn't have an appt. I showed her my phone call last night and asked was this not the phone number? She said yes, but they didn't make this appt and didn't have time today. I thought it was weird that the person who answered didn't ask my name etc. I'm a manager, this is a simple training issue. I would never tell a customer they were wrong. I felt like she was calling me a liar and almost cried by her rudeness. I am starting a new job tomorrow and this was a major treat for myself. She continued to argue and said do I want an appt later and I said I needed to leave because of how she treated me. I would have made an appt if she did not argue with me- I kept my kindness, wish she would have... This is the first time in 5 years to return to this salon. I love this salon, I have been back for three sets so far since finding them and have no plans on stopping. Beautiful and very clean, spacious salon. Everyone is so kind and I'm especially fond of Carina. She does an incredible job with the nails but is also very warm and welcoming. I went in last week without an appointment to get a manicure. I was told that they did not have any opening and were booked for three weeks. When I asked for another nail salon I was then told to google it and that it was Medford so there probably would not be a nail salon that had any openings. They were so rude and it was the first time that I had been to a nail salon that was booked and would not give me another recommendation to get my nails done. Save yourself the trip and don't go. This is an update from the comment of the business owner. I understand how you might have been burned by other salons in the area however the treatment that I received was so disrespectful. After asking where else I could go I was was told to google it and that I probably would not find anything in Medford. I was then told to leave the salon. When I was getting ready for the wedding the following day I was told my my make-up artist, hairstylist and several other people who live in Medford that that Le Nails & Spa has a reputation for treating people like this. Which is why I would recommend people to take there money elsewhere. We arrived early for our appointment, and they came outside to inform us that they were ready for us (we were waiting in the car for 7min because we arrive before they opened). Came in a little over a week to get a much needed fill and gel pedi. First of all they DO NOT DO ACRYLICS here. I, instead, was given a powder fill. Hanh did my nails both pedi and fill. She attempted to fix my two nails that were broken but they both eventually broke off again. The color applied was lumpy and not smooth throughout. I was pretty unhappy. The pedicure was ok but the color I wanted turned out to be 3 times brighter than the sample. After 2 hours I had spent $135 for a gel with powder fill, gel pedi, and a kids mani pedi. I left promising myself never to come again. But after they broke a few days after I called the salon and Tuyet was able to help and get me in to fix. I came in and a gentleman named YANG (Giang) fixed my nails beautifully! I cannot thank him enough. It was all complimentary too. Thank you Tuyet and Yang. Now, if the powder does better than my acrylics and don't break then they have just converted me. read more

Fantastic place! They took me as a walk-in for a pedicure with no problem. 16 chairs for pedicures & 8 seatings for nails. I was greeted promptly & had just a short wait for a tech. Charity gave me an amazing pedicure. She took extra care to clean the nailbed & it was great that she spoke english so she understood an underlying medical condition I had, to take care with my feet. Mask freaks! They refuse you service unless you have your temperature checked. They force you to wash your hands before service. When I respectfully declined the owner became very condescending with me. It's March 11th, mandates end tomorrow. If they are seriously that scared they shouldn't be running a nail salon. I'm frustrated with business that go beyond the mandate and make up their own rules that affect my personal boundaries and freedom. I can't support it any longer. I've reached my limit. I am just back from vacation and I needed my acrylic with tips removed so I could actually do work. I do not like the process that a normal nail shop does (grinding down nails to the nail bed and hurting my finger tips), but Miss Tuyet at Le Nails did a fantastic job removing the acrylic nails for me. She buffed out the top of the nail with a drill (no hot heat sensation from the drill and the process did not hurt at all) lightly and then soaked off the acrylic and nail tips. It only took about 10 minutes. She then buffed out my nails (manicure) and put a conditioner and top coat on my nails to strengthen them. Wow...the process was so much easier than other places. Everyone at the shop is so knowledgeable and extremely kind. I am a customer for life! read more

Went in 2 weeks ago to get a new set. Set an appointment on yelp and called to confirm. I had to wait 20 minutes before I got in the chair. No problem, they are new. I asked for coffin shaped, black with purple cat's eye. What I got was pregnant nails, and wrong color. They are new and nice, so I gave them a pass. Called this week for a fill, actually wanted to see if they can fix it. Made an appointment again. Showed up about 10 minutes early. Waited another 20 minutes and moved to different stations. I got really frustrated and told them I had to leave. Next day I went to another well established salón. They took off the pregnant nails, well 9 nails since one pop off. And gave me what I asked for and didn't have to wait and took of all 45 minutes. They have a really pretty salón and nice people, but I would rather go to a small salón with experience and technique. read more

Is it possible to give more than five stars?! I am SO pleased not only with my gel shellac manicure that I got done a few days ago, but equally as happy with the wonderful customer service I received! I am SO thrilled about my nails. Hanh filed them meticulously to a perfect round shape. It's been a few days, my nails have had a chance to grow out a touch and I don't have have polish peeling away at my cuticles, hallelujah! The gel is still shiny, not too thin and not too thick. Just perfect! Not to mention, the ladies at the salon happily saw me last minute, on a Friday night, at 715pm even though they closed at 8pm. This is the only salon in town open past 7! I was especially impressed when a lady walked in at 740pm and asked to schedule an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure for the next day. The nail lady said that unfortunately all appointments were fully booked for the following day but offered to do her manicure and pedicure right there on the spot, even though they were close to closing. Both ladies in the salon were so pleasant and professional. I paid $32 for a gel shellac, and really, I would gladly pay more for the service I received! read more

First of all I feel like the safety of the techs and other clients is important to them. As soon as you walk in your temperature is taken and you're asked to wash your hands. The whole salon is kept very clean and tidy but on top of that they disinfect between every client as well. The first pedicure I've ever had was here in December (with Snow) and I've had another earlier this month (with Rosio). The techs that I had were amazing and so nice! For my second pedicure they had to remove the gel polish from before. My tech was so gentle with the drill, I didn't feel a thing. I absolutely love the scrub they use, it smells and feels so good! After the wash and scrub you get an awesome leg/foot massage that seems to be about 10 minutes a leg. You get to pick your polish color from a huge selection. I've stuck with solid colors so far but I imagine they can do much more than just that. I'll continue to be a monthly client! read more
