My initial experience was hectic the front staff tried to be pleasant but you could tell they we're over it, so many people waiting, a lot said they had been waiting for hours, everything seemed rushed and chaotic. They give you your chart to sign paper work, after you fill that out you go to the back and get test done for drug and pregnancy. The girls in the we're so sweet and kind very helpful. Took me back into the front one of the girls came to me and said your going to need to pay for cell saver. I felt bullied she kept saying anesthesiologist isn't going to do your surgery with 11.6, that was confusing because I thought the doctor made the decisions. So I told her my doctor said that all of it was good and that I did not need that it was my choice my decision if I wanted to have it or not, she keep pushing. I told her we're going to wait till the blood work comes back my surgeon specifically said I didn't need it. They did another CDC to make sure that I absolutely don't need it the numbers were above 12.6. That day I got a text that my surgery is scheduled @ 445p. So I went to my recovery house, next day there were 2 girls that had surgery before me. One girl had surgery at 11a she went in and didn't get seen until 2p, the other went in and didn't have surgery til after 4p when I was supposed to be getting prepped. I got a text just before I was going to leave for my surgery that I'm scheduled at 1pm tomorrow for post-op. I called knowing that the doctor was running late to make sure that my surgery was still on, when I spoke to the lady she told me my surgery was canceled and that I am now scheduled for tomorrow at 1p, I said I am very upset as I have waited all day to eat now its 3p and I have to wait another day till surgery, pushing back my recovery time massages that I already had scheduled. I said to her you're confirming that my appointment today is canceled and now I am scheduled tomorrow correct she said yes and apologize for all the inconvenience. I get a call from the office at 545p asking where am I for my surgery, as you can imagine I was very upset because I didn't need to eat at 3p I could have waited and had the surgery now I have to wait for the next day to have surgery. When they reviewed what happened I spoke with an AI not an actual person. The next day I went in at 9a because I had not received a time for my surgery but I was told by an actual staff member, I made sure to ask are you a real person am I coming in for surgery tomorrow and she said yes. I get there I get signed in and then one of the girls takes me to a room and she says I'm going to be real frank with you, when I spoke with you yesterday I had a lot of things going on and confused you with another patient your surgery is actually on Thursday. At this point I'm livid because now I'm losing another day for recovery and massages and everything else I had paid for, mind you I'm supposed to be flying home on Saturday not enough time to feel safe or recovered after a surgery. I said this will be the last time I get pushed back. Thursday comes around I get a time for surgery at 430am, I get there we do another urine test, Dr Simmons comes in he states what surgery I'm getting starts to mark me up, then I sat there till 9a when Dr Simmons walks in and says he cannot do my surgery coordinator is going to come in to talk to me. At this point I am highly upset and confused and I'm not going to wait another day to have surgery. The lovely lady that did the urine test and blood draw came in she could see how upset I was as I had been there since early this morning and she asked me if another doctor was available would I be willing to see them I said of course I really need to have surgery today or I need to get my money back. They brought in Dr Sophie Lessard. She deserves a separate review for her as she deserved a 5 I had the best experience with Dr Sophie Lessard I'm glad she was kind enough and did my surgery, I was added on to her last minute, already marked up, she entered the room with confidence a beautiful smile very easy to talk to as if I picked her from the beginning. She made me feel so comfortable I was in good hands. Dr. Sophie thank you for being empathetic to my needs, respectful, kind and understanding in this whole situation. read more

Negative reviews are correct 100%. They charged me for a tummy tuck which I did not receive. I asked several times to the medical assistants when do I discuss size of implant. They said, "The doctor will go over that with you day of surgery." Day of surgery Doctor Simmons came into the room & I explained to him that I wanted smaller natural breasts due to back & neck pain. He said okay as he marked my body for surgery. I was very nervous. I am a woman who was trusting the doctor with my expectations. I think they operate like a production line in a manufacturing industry high volume in & out. Post surgery (3) days) I requested to see the doctor along with multiple other patients waiting for their post op appointments. Several of us requested & we said it's the law. Finally he popped in & you feel pressured as they rush you along but I asked him what size he placed & he said with surprise "Isn't that the size you chose?". I said we never discussed the size I requested smaller & showed you a dress that I wanted to look natural & smaller due to the added factor of daily back & neck pain. His reply was that they will descend approximately 1/3. It's been 6 weeks & they are huge. They are not descending to a smaller size. As a professional it is the medical staff's responsibility to focus on individual patient's needs. I saved my money for a long time & I could've had the surgery done for free because of the back & neck pain but I fell for their deceptive advertising & charges.. In addition, my bbl is as flat as before surgery & liposuction did not flatten my abdomen as Dr. Simmons promised. J-plasma did NOT tighten thighs or abdomen. These are procedures that they promote having a tightening result which is false. Also, I developed embolisms in calf & bilateral lungs & had to be hospitalized. I will join others in a class action lawsuit to recoup damages. read more

Same as everyone else. I did Lower Blepharopasty which removes fat and excess skin under your eyes, in other words your under eye bags. Dr. Simmons said he had a lot of experience with the procedure but I have worse under eye bags now. He did my surgery so late at night that he probably was so tired and didn't care anymore. He didn't cut enough skin and I have bigger bags now than what I had before I went for the surgery. It has been 6 weeks and my bags are so big and full of fluid that I need to wear sunglasses. It is embarrassing. The Post-Operation staff was very nice after my surgery saying that the bags under the eyes were normal because I was still swollen, but after 3 weeks I didn't see any good results, so I kept sending them pictures but now they don't even answer me at all. It looks like I never had a surgery. They also told me that the suture will dissolve by itself and after 6 weeks I still have the thread under my skin. I feel still the thread under my skin. Sometimes, I am able to pull it out but it's very painful. Please don't waste your money in this clinic, they promise that you will be fabulous but when the doctor doesn't do a good job, they stop all communication. read more

I dont usually write reviews but this definitely needed one to protect others from the same mistake I made. Honestly this place deserves negative stars and put out of business for the deception and horrible work they do. Im in the process of getting a lawyer to sue for damages. To start off while I was under anesthesia my sister and daughter witness Dr.Flores carry alcohol into the establishment along with other employees. My daughter and sister witnessed a female employee stumble out drunk and fell into her car, my daughter told other employees about it and they gaslighted her that she was fine, they ended up letting her drive home drunk. When I confronted Dr.Flores he said she was off duty but that doesn't matter. You cannot have alcohol period in a medical facility on or off duty. Now the work, was the worst possible work anyone could do. I will attach photos but was told the scar on my stomach would be almost invisible and reduced in size. Dr.Flores not only lied but committed fraud and theft by doing so. My hair line reduction was done so poorly, I had to go to the ER 3 times to be put on the highest dose they could give me for staff infection + antibiotics which was not given the type for staff infections which caused permanent scars which could have turned into gain green from the infections. Next paid thousands for a nose reduction which was not done as I requested and paid for. All that was done was an incision to look like work was done but no incisions around my nostrils which is the part I requested to be reduced, again fraud and theft. The neck lift i got the incision was cut off center, crooked and half the stitches allowed deep soft tissue exposed so now I have what looks like a hemroid thay sticks out my face. If anyone else has these types of problems from this place please reach out cause id like this to become a class action lawsuit. I was under for over 12 hours and when woken up at 11:30pm they rushed me out before I was able to walk by myself. My daughter and sister had to literally carry me out. I doubt either girl there at the end of the night were qualified in anesthesia. Typically plastic surgery places keep face lift patients over night but that wad not the case here. I booked my surgery for October which was 6 months out from when i booked. I had a medical reason for cancelling my procedure 5 months prior to the surgery date. I was informed when i scheduled my appointment that if i needed to cancel before the surgery well more than 30 days out that i would be refunded my deposit. The rep i spoke with was quoting to me that i would have to pay 1500 dollars for cancelling my surgery. I did inform her that my surgery is not until 6 months out. Then she proceed to tell me that if i want to change the date i will be charged 1000 dollars for changing the date, when i was informed that i had an entire year to book my surgery and if i needed to change my dates that i could and that i would need to do more than 30 days prior to my surgery. Mind you it is only May 14th and i am not scheduled until October 27. They do not disclose true facts to you about booking and if needing to cancel about fees. I looked in my portal and i do not have a contract to view to ensure what she was telling me is correct. I would not recommend this office to anyone especially anyone who is from out of town. The doctors work for the beauty land company. I have had devastating results after lipo with J plasma on my legs. I have called 20 plus times. Sent countless text messages and pictures. I have begged for the doctor to call me and do a virtual appointment since I live in Georgia. Dr Flores has not called me. No one from his office has personally spoke to me on the phone or offered a virtual appointment. The only response I get is from somebody text messaging and I don't know who they are or what their degree or knowledge is. After paying for the surgery and being overcharged $1,100. Six 100 for an area under my arms. That the person on the phone told me was a part of my 360 lipo. When I got there it was not and to make matters worse the doctor did not even do the right side. The left side was done. All I wanted was my legs tightened up and lipo with J plasma absolutely ruined my legs. I cannot wear shorts or a bathing suit. I did not have any of this damage before I walked into their office. And nobody cares and nobody will address my concerns. All they want is your money. When I ask about not having part of my surgery done because I was immediately hesitant during my consult the day before surgery. The woman at the front desk told me I would not get a refund so basically I felt like I was forced to go on through with the surgery. They put you through like cattle . Even after posting and sending them these pictures they still do not show any concern. I got a text message today that said the doctor said to get 20 more massages. I can have a thigh lift for the same amount of money. I thought He would have called me and offered to do a revision, but he nor his nurses will talk with me. I had lipo with J plasma. I had my surgery 9 months ago and I am still healing from my tummy tuck with lipo 360. My first mistake was to have my procedure in another State. If you live in another state other than Florida do not have your surgery with Beutyland. The staff will vet you there with a low price quote of maybe 6,000. When you get there you will spend 8,000 because they don't explain what comes with their packages. They have terrible Post Op care. I had complications when I returned to California. I could not reach my surgeon for follow up care. The surgeons in California did not want to take out my J tubs because i should have stayed in Florida for Dr. Simmons to take out the tubs. The nurse staff barely speak English and become offended when you question their inability to provide adequate information and care. My stomach has developed neurosus and it is very tight. I don't believe it will go away because neurosus has developed. Dr. Simmons should have followed up with my care and never did. The doctors are unethical. I spent a little over 8,000 and I still have a protruding stomach. If Spanish is not your first language you will not get adequate care from the nurses. If you have surgery here, which i suggest you not do. Make sure you have a lymphatic message therapist Post Op. Make sure that you stay close and force your surgeon to take care of you. By law they must follow up with you for 90 days Post Op. If they do not speak to you, let them know by law they have to because you are in there care. Do one surgery at a time. Make sure you have them explain to you what their low payment packages cover. Ask the doctor about what type of Post Op care you will receive. The office should be providing you with a 1st Stage Fajee that alots the J Tubs from the surgery to breathe out the Fajee. Then there are two more stage Fajee garbs you must wear throughout your Post Op healing process. I am not happy with my results. My back has lumps and my stomach remains to pull too tight at 9 months. I would like to post pictures but I'm embarrassed. If you are African American you really should not have your surgery with these people. This place is not ethical and i believe there is a level of prejudice. The only staff members that were ethical and cared about my healing process were the ladies at the front desk. Mainly Daisy was the best part of my interaction and experience with Beautyland. The pictures that are posted on IG are doctored or from previous years. Dr. Simmons also has had someone die under his care. So please do your homework. My issue with these people was inconsistenty. My procedure was cancelled due to safety concerns, however they still owe me money and hasn't given it to me or an itemized receipt as I requested. I was told I wouldn't need to pay for the EKG in the office because my doctor already sent one in but it wasn't clear. But they charged me anyway. They also didn't return my money for products I no longer needed I paid the same day but couldn't tell me where my money went. I was told one price by Gabrielle then another by Laura. They refused to give me my $180 purchased for products but the took it upon themselves to use my $180 for an EKG I was told by Gabriella I wouldn't be charged and they did it after the fact. read more
