If I could rate my experience 10 stars I would. Everything about this office exceeded my expectations. I finally decided I wanted to get a breast augmentation in November 2023. I had contemplated getting it for so long because I was flat-chested. I lost a lot of weight the previous year so getting a breast augmentation was the cherry on top for my confidence. I also wanted to get minor liposuction on my stomach. I had a pocket of stubborn fat underneath my belly button that would not go away no matter how many sit-ups I did. I called to set up my consultation and dealt with Lucy. She was so nice and made me so happy. I remember getting off the phone and smiling because I was so excited about my consultation. Consultation: The following Tuesday I arrived at my consultation. I was so nervous but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were so welcoming. I changed into the gown and Dr. Craft came in with a sweet nurse! I didn't get her name but she has always been so sweet! He spent a lot of time with me! He went over everything, answered all my questions, gave his advice, and listened to what I WANTED. He was so informative and I knew that I wanted to start the process. I want to say I was almost there for an hour. Weighing my options, listening to the pros and cons, and asking questions. I'm so thankful for the consultation because I left very confident and firm on my decision. I ended up picking 415 cc of silicone, high profile. I wanted to be a full C or D cup so this was my best option. Blood work: I came back a few weeks later where I met Cybil! The most amazing person in the world! Gosh, I love that girl! She took my blood and informed me about everything! What to do, what not to do, and everything I needed to do before my surgery. I got a really big packet of paper but left knowing everything that was in that packet. They took before pics, measured me, and answered any questions. During this time I was put in contact with Marilyn who is great! She gave me her phone number and during this entire process, I asked any questions that came to mind. She has always been so sweet and helpful! Procedure: I was extremely nervous since I had never gone under anesthesia before. My surgery was scheduled for 10 am so I followed all the instructions the night before. The anesthesiologist called me the night before asking if I had any questions which made me feel a lot better. When I arrived I got put into the room and got changed into the gown. The recovery nurse April came in and talked me through everything and gave me an anti-nausea pill. She is just the best! I remember her telling me about her son; she was so sweet! She said most people don't remember her much since they get knocked out but how could I forget such a sweet lady! Dr. Craft came in and went over the game plan with me. He marked me up and made sure we were on the same page. I went into surgery 100% confident and excited. I wasn't nervous at all. Everyone was so nice and explained what they were doing to me. I knew I was about to knock out when the lights were swaying back and forth and I was 100% calm. I woke up and April was there, she brought my fiance in and I went hope. Later that night Dr. Craft called me and we talked. He explained to me how the procedure went and told me instructions for going forward. This meant a lot to me and just made me so happy that I picked him to do my surgery. Recovery: As I'm writing this I'm about 6 weeks post op. I have followed their instructions religiously and have worn my fajas 23.5/24 hours a day. The follow-up appointments have been great and the support has been so great. I did lymphatic massages with Janet and she was great!! Since I only got a little bit of lipo I only had to do 4 sessions but it helped reduce the swelling so much. Worth every penny. She was great and I enjoyed getting to know her. Everyone in this office is amazing and I'm so thankful and blessed to have gained the amazing care of the staff and developed many friendships. I was referred to Dr. Craft by my friend and let me tell that I am not disappointed in any way. He has AMAZING bedside manner and is truly passionate about his work. I had a consultation with him and he recommended that I get a second opinion to make the best decision for myself and after a year of thinking it over and additional consultations with other surgeons, I couldn't find anyone who came close to him. He took the time to speak with myself and my friend for upwards of 45min, gave honest input, even talked me out of a procedure he felt was unnecessary and heard all of my concerns. For him it didn't seem like he was about making money but that he wanted to ensure that I got the best results and had a great experience. He calls you after the procedure to make sure you're healing well and as I live out of town (he is worth the commute 100%) worked with my schedule. The décor of his office is exceptional, clean and inviting. His staff members are attentive and truly walk you through every scenario and are great at getting you any information and help you need in an expeditious manner. Marilyn is an amazing coordinator, the nurse who drew my labs was kind and engaging, and my pre-op/recovery nurse was amazing and supportive. I'm post op day 1 and the only thing I would say was difficult about the process is the post op pain but since they walked me through what to expect and gave me the necessary medication it's very manageable and I already see results despite the swelling. I have a beautiful low TT scar. I paid for a full tummy tuck right before surgery I told him I would like my belly button a little higher because I think that sexy he replied well that will be a gametime decision I don't know if we're going to move your belly button or just lower it. right there I should have stopped him and said I paid for. FULL TT and abdominal muscle tightening AND LIPO of sides. He bait and switched me to a mini tummy tuck from what other surgeons have said. You cannot have a full tummy tuck without moving the belly button. So two years later... I have flabby fat skin above my belly button area and tight below it. in low rise panties touches bottom of my belly button it looks so weird. And I believe because they made me wear the compression garment so tight it squeezed my skin down the middle and now I have what looks like a vertical roll from the top of my ribs to my belly button. Now I have to pay someone else $15,000 for a revision. Why would I take the chance of having him do it a second time? It's not like he's doing it for free you still have to pay. He's the sweetest man , I love my scar compared to 90% of the others I've seen. So Embarrassed to wear bikini now. I did a lot of research on the board certified surgeons in all of Miami, I read reviews went to various consults at different places, and ended up choosing Dr. Craft. The Doctor and his staff are amazing. The place is also clean and well decorated and the lighting is great too. It's a very nice calming ambiance. On to the doctor (which is the most important part lol) He is truly great. I did a lot of research on my procedure and on all of the complications that could possibly arise, so when I went in to my consult I was ready with a million questions to ask the Dr. And he answered ALL of them. My review is based on staff and consult expereince. The staff was amazing during the scheduling process, very polite and friendly. I met the doctor during the consult, and also had a great experience. He explained everything in detail, and made recomendations accordigly. I received a quote for a mommy makeover, and BBL with fat trasfer to be scheduled separatly. The pricing is on the higher end, but both my mom and sister had procedures done with him and are happy, so I was ready to move foraward with scheduing. In the days that followed, I scheduled a consult with a second doctor who was recommended, that way I could weigh my options. I decided to go with the second doctor, as his pricing was easier on my pocket and quality of work is comparable, but, I do want to praise Dr Craft for taking his time with me, and for training his staff to be friendly, caring, and efficient. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Craft and his staff. I have always thought of wanting to get breast implants but never thought I would have the courage to go through the surgery (especially being my first ever-hospitals and doctors make me a bit uneasy).
