I've never been an expert at applying make up, brows being a major challenge. For YEARS I lived with funky brows and my lack of perfectionism because I just didn't know how, so tried my best. When I first saw that CeCe opened her business in 2019, I was immediately intrigued. I knew her as an amazing artist in the baking world. The passion she had for that industry and her professionalism is what made me trust her. I jumped the gun and said, let's do it! Wow I cannot believe I waited this long to get them done... Game changer for life!!!! I have a few tattoos and the pain is not nearly like a tattoo at all she is very gentle and then numbing cream / lotion that she uses is amazing and all you feel are small pinches. The initial process does take a while, but honestly I rather have her take her time then have a unicorn brow or a Chewbacca face lol. After the procedure I was impressed and genuinely so excited to have brows on my face. They looked so natural that people did not think that I got them done if I didn't mention anything. My first official touch-up was approximately 7 months later because I chose to have darker brows. Not that they faded but this was just my personal preference. A few months after that I wanted them touched up again, but I found out I was pregnant and without me knowing I wanted to book with CeCe. She could have just booked me and done the touch up but she cared about my health and honestly I love how honest she was and didn't just care about taking someone's money. So I waited nearly one year which was this week for another touch up because I was pregnant and breastfeeding. When I booked the process online I booked her for what I needed and when I arrived she let me know that there was no way she would charge me a certain price because I did not need to get my brows remapped. She was so happy at how well my brows kept up. Again, I loved that she was honest and cared about her clients and her work. This review is long overdue. Coming to Cece is one of the best things I have ever done. (My first tattoo!! LoL). Having my eyebrows done is something I have been wanting to do for such a long time. Doing my research and some friends referring me to someone they know, I thought I found the right person.. WRONG!! I went somewhere else before finding Cece. It was a Bad idea. The technician microblade my eyebrows with little to no ink and my eyebrows did not keep the pigment. They said I probably was not a good candidate for microblading and that my skin rejected the ink. I was devastated... Especially having to go through the whole process. It was painful. Months later after almost healing, I came to Cece fearing I was doomed to not have fabulous eyebrows. She took a look my eyebrows, said their was no damage, and that they could be fixed. I'd just have to fully heal... YES!! Their is hope! She did such a great job! I love my eyebrows!! I recently had surgery and mixed up my appointment times- so I ended up arriving 30 minutes late to our 3.5 hour appointment. I told her my situation and explained the mix up and as I was sitting in the parking lot when Cece texted me to cancel my appointment, telling me there wasn't enough time to complete the service- I was super apologetic and even asked when I could reschedule only to have my number blocked on her phone and charged $175 in addition to the $50 deposit. REMIND YOU - I didn't cancel, I was just late and called her multiple times from the parking lot only to be sent to voicemail. Where do I even start?! First off I had been considering microblading for nearly 10 years! I found CeCe and started following her work for a while I decided to message her with a million questions. And despite not having an appointment or anything she answered every single one of them from the get-go. I had my original appointment but had to reschedule due to Covid vaccine and she was totally understanding and flexible.
