My experience was wonderful. I got a fill and a pedicure and my nails turned out great! The owner took his time and was very friendly. I moved here from Tri cities in June, and have been hoping to find a salon here I like. I have tried the other two salons in town with the best reviews and left disappointed each time. Don't let the grumpy reviewers skew your trip to this tiny salon. With four pedicure chairs and two nail seats- it is a perfect mom/pop establishment. My nails sucked, I've been to 2 nail salons to try and have corrected. Finally just tore them off and started with a much better salon.

If I could give 0 star, I would!!! I came to Beauty Nail for an acrylic fill and they did such an awful job. The guy was doing my nail for me and he was so so rough with my cuticles that it turnt red and bleeding. They also were taking bad things in Vietnamese thinking I would not understand but I can speak Vietnamese fluently and I understood everything they said. They charged me $3 more because my nails were too long and it took them a long time to do it? In fact, they couldn't get my nails even length and filed them too thin. I came in as a walk in and when their appointment came, the guy doing my nails got attitude with me because he got stuck doing my nails and couldn't do his appointment? It is not my fault that you guys are understaffed and couldn't accommodate everyone. Overall such a bad experience. The staffs have awful attitude, talk shit in Vietnamese, rush me, and gave ugly nails! Never come here ladies!!!! read more

Nice shop! The owner is very friendly and focused on your experience. It may take a bit longer than some 'factory' shops, but that's fine with me. Great care given to cuticles, calluses along with a sea salt scrub for feet and legs. Well worth the $22 for this pedicure. read more

I brought my wife and her cousins yesterday. Went shopping and came back to find them extremely unhappy. Apparently they had been told there were four on staff to do nails but only two were there. Of the two, the man was so rough with the cuticle scraper that two of the gals bled. Even worse they asked for the disposable sandals back at end of session, smearing the toenails. That's too gross to think they are reusing... My wife and cousins will never return... read more

Literally the most terrible set of nails I have ever gotten in my life. I was there for almost 2 hours and I wanted to cry, I told the lady 4 times o wanted dark brown with a light pink and instead she gave me pale lavender and a dark purple pink she didn't even let me pick the colors she just started using them! place was dirty I had the dust and fuzz stuck in my nails when she was finished. the hearts for my design were smudged and uneven( they looked like a child did it) they were so rough that my friend left with blood under her nails from them doing it. she asked for a skin tone and then gave her a weird pink color. they were so rough my fingers were so sore after they finishe. An acrylic set was 35 and a design was suppose to be 5 or so extra dollars but they pick out gel color for you so that they can up charge you. hated my experience will never go back definitely don't recommend. read more

I had my toenails done several months ago. I call the place s and m pedicures The guy was nutso and rubbed my left foot raw on the side when I complained he made fun of me and did some stupid magic trick that was ridiculous. I am a mature female I will never! Go into that place again. read more

At first the staff was super friendly but I felt rushed. My gel manicure was terrible, the color was all over my cuticles and the UV lamp was broken which made the polish removable when they rubbed it with alcohol. After two coats, the owner grabbed my hand tightly to signal if I liked the manicure. I had to tell him to let go because he was holding on too tight. I felt really uncomfortable and left right away. I'm not sure if it was a cultural difference but I felt intimidated by his actions. He grabbed my hand and kept insisting to agree with him. Hopefully next time a customer is not satisfied with the service he won't react in such manner. read more

Johnson and Lee are a husband wife team that has been a part of Moses Lake community for at least 10 years. I have seen a different attitude from Johnson than I have had from any other local nail salon. Other salons seem to not understand the idea of caring about your customers. When asked to give back to the community I have never been given a positive answer from the nail salons in this city. I have been treated in each salon, politely, but always in a manner to see what way I could be charged more for the services. One time I asked the artist to touch up the color on my hands I did a day earlier after my current pedicure. "Of course" he said. "It is $10.00."....It was posted on the wall as a $5.00 charge and I told him so! "Oh, he said, how smart you are"! Most recently the idea that there is a hidden charge added to remove the old color on nails. You think your spending one price and you are asked another. Johnson has always given more than expected. When I asked for a touch up he gave me a discount! He said,"I give you a flower!" Always the extra mile, always friendly, always welcome. read more

I rate no (ZERO) stars!!! Went to use my gift certificate and was unaware there was an expiration date on it. I went to pay before end of manicure and they absolutely would not take the certificate worth $30. Not only did she do a terrible on my pedi no massage and the polish was bumpy and I had to ask her to touch up one toe she missed! When I asked how much I had to pay w/o her completing the mani she said $30. I was furious but just wanted out of there I laid $30 on the table and got up to leave. Apparently she didn't like that I threw the money down and got up to leave. The guy got up to escort me out and I thought he was gonna actually shove me. I went to my car and then walked back in to ask for my certificate back. He tore it up in front of me I took the money back from the table and left so he followed me out to my car and tried to open the passenger door I had already locked then he came around to drivers door and no prevail. Then he stood in front of my car so I could not leave my parking space. I rolled down my driver window enough to offer him only the $20. He took it and went back inside. I drove off. Minutes late called the local Moses Lake Police department. Only to find out he had contacted them as well. In discussing the matter the officer pretty much said he felt it was a cultural and huge language barrier as he could hardly understand the man. Our stories matched except the man did not admit to borderline threatening me and following me outside! The officer suggested using social media besides word of mouth to warn others not to go there! read more
