Aside from the fact that they seemed to be REALLY overbooked, they did a great job. I love my nails! I had a 1 pm appt & they didn't get me in till 1:30. I was a little pissed, & I almost walked out. But they were turning people away - even people who said they had an appointment!! Other clients who also had an appointment had to lengthy waits as well. Since there seems to be only two people working, they definitely have a time management issue & could possibly benefit from keeping an OFFICIAL appointment book. I would highly recommend making an appointment - but be prepared to WAIT! I went in as a walk-in on Wednesday & was told they couldn't fit me in until Saturday since I'm unavailable in the mornings. Heads up! Currently they accept CASH ONLY, so be prepared for that. This is a small family run business and their couple that owns it is very kind. Their kids were running around the shop on the weekend, cute little hooligans. I had a 3pm apt but I sat there until after 3:20 waiting for the technician to finish up.... their nail colors were from a lot of "interesting" brands, few high end ones that I recognized. She did a very nice job on painting and the spa pedicure ($30), but I have to give them three stars because of the color choices, wait time, and location/atmosphere. Tai, was in such a hurry to do my nails that he left many uneven, some have the acrylic so thick and he used the most dried up white nail polish, left it streaky and the top coat was just horrible. read more

I went here for a pedicure. Very nice and relaxing. Design was in point. Stayed true to appointment time, which is rare.

I made a appointment with my daughter for pedicures, we arrived on time ready for a relaxing service. There was one person just finishing getting a pedicure and another one soaking. We asked if there was another technician and the owner didn't seem to understand. More people arrived and she ignored us. Maybe this isn't the usual for the business but if they take a appointment they should have staff available. read more

My go to place in Moses Lake! Nail Technicians are friendly and not rude, small family owned business. For a full set with gel UV usually takes an hour, maybe a little longer. Always makes sure your nails are dry before leaving and hurried up when I had to leave by a certain time, still with great quality work :) Gave it a 4/5 because most the time there's only 2 at the most 3 employees, so the wait can be long for them to finish customers before your appointment starts. read more
