New in town and finding a new hairdresser is beyond frightening! I did my research and Eden Salon has good reviews. Then I went a little further and checked out the hairdressers. Then I took it even further and checked out their Instagram pages. I booked a foil and cut with Erin. I'm a blonde and looking at her experience, she has experience with blonde hair. I was very nervous, but needed my hair done. Erin did an AMAZING job! I was so happy leaving the chair and booked my next apt right away. I'm 50+ old and she made my hair look healthy and smooth again! My blonde was shiny, not brassy and I was so pleased- You won't be disappointed at all. read more

Pleasantly surprised! I was desperate for a hair cut. And recently moved into the area. Once I walked in I felt immediately at home. This place reminded me of the salons I was used to on the east coast. My daughter and I both got really nice hair cuts. Both of the stylists were super nice and friendly and did a nice job. While there unnoticed they also do pedicures. I found out that they have designated nail technicians for this services. I booked an appointment for later that day. My pedicure was nice. And most importantly I felt like it was in a clean environment. No cheese graters in sight here! I will most definitely be returning. read more

They tried to cheat us - plain and simple. We are from Seattle and stopped here for giving my 8 year old daughter a mani-pedi splurge during our trip to Moses lake. I went in and asked about their rates. The lady at the desk (Cindy H) asked me about her age and I said 8. She said we are in luck since 8 and under gets a princess package of mani and pedi for $30, and showed me the brochure. I agreed and let her have the mani + pedi. Right before completion, I thought I will pay already and be ready to go, so I asked her to give the bill. She then tells me that it is a total of $60. The brochure clearly lists the princess treatment as both mani and pedi for $30, but she insisted it is for each! I was very disappointed since that was not what was communicated, but paid anyway. Two things happened after this: 1. The lady who actually did the mani and pedi (Hillary) comes to the counter along with my daughter and told my wife "That'll be $30 for today". I was not there at that time, so my wife told her that I already paid. But when she came back I came to know of the discrepancy. 2. To confirm I called a salon right across the street from them, and asked about their rates for a 8 year old. They said it will be $30 for both. By now we were pretty upset that Cindy swindled us, seeing that we are not from around the area. My wife went back and asked about the discrepancy, to which Cindy defended. But later Hillary come out, apologized to us saying they should've charged us only $30 and not $60, took the credit card back and refunded us the difference. She was honest, and did the right thing - thank you! We felt cheated right out, so wanted to warn tourists from going there. If you do, make sure in very clear terms what they are going to charge and for exactly what service, especially dealing with Cindy. Check your credit card statement afterwards too. (My daughter had a great experience though - Hillary pampered her with her mani+pedi treatment, but the dishonesty of front desk lady left us with a very bad taste). read more

I have been going to Jeannie at Eden for 12 years. The last 7 years I have lived a 1000 miles away, I usually visit Moses twice a year and getting my hair done is always a must! She never fails, always giving me exactly what I want and I aways get compliments on my hair! I have also used Ashley to do my permanent eyeliner! She is friendly and fun and does an amazing job! Did a bad job with my up do. I had her do it over 4 times and she didn't get it right. The other members of the wedding party were not real happy with theirs either. I do not recommend for a special occasion. It was my daughter's wedding in my hair looked very unacceptable. read more

I have used Eden Salon for years. I have used both the hair salon and nail salon and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so friendly. They are great with the little ones and so respectful to my Down Syndrome daughter and treats her like young adult she is. When my son comes to visit from the Air Force he always makes a stop into Eden. Great to have them Downtown Moses Lake. read more
