Had a gift card to this place so I stopped in for a pedicure last week. I usually do my own nails, so it was a nice treat. The lady that did mine did a good job. The only thing that bothered me was when I went to pay. It was $25 and I gave her a $15 gift card and a twenty dollar bill, and she took the money and said thank you. So I stood there and waited for my change because I typically tip five bucks, but she only gave me five bucks back (instead of ten). So I was like did you take your tip already and she said no and sort of gave me this look. I was a bit confused at this point and thought maybe I had heard her wrong when she said it was $25 so I just gave her the five and left. I didn't feel like arguing and felt like she was giving me a "you are a cheapo" vibe. Whatever. Anyway, it seems to be a popular place - the place was packed the whole time. I recently moved to the area and have tried several salons. I wouldn't say I'm picky but I'm accustomed to my nails being done VERY WELL. This is by far the best place in the area. Initially, I really liked this place. I went every 2-3 weeks like clock work. But recently they haven't been great. Seems a bit less hygienic, big pushes for upgrading services and just an over all less pleasant experience. I may return at some later time but for now I am in search of a new neighborhood mail place. read more

This place is Awesome!!!!! I was looking for something to do before hockey practice and decided to get my nails done here. Best. Service. Ever. My nails last long like four weeks or more (and I type all day at work, and a visual artist at home who does hands on projects. The pedicure is heaven after a long days work. There is no strong chemical smell and the staff is very friendly here. I love laughing and cracking up with the ladies there watching "Extra" Tabloid TV show. read more

Horrible, got my nails done here and had to go somewhere else to get the redone. The service here is absolutely horrendous. A male did my nails and he as rude. He rushed me in and out in an empty nail salon. I didn't even have time to pick my nail color. When I asked to look at other nail colors he told me no there weren't anymore, but there obviously were. And the job he did was horrible I had paint everywhere . He did a sloppy job. I was livid to waste my time here just to go somewhere else to get them redone. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!!! read more

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. so unprofessional they have absolutely no idea how to run a business, although the prices are far more reasonable than other nail salons in the area it is NOT worth it to come here. there are a few talented nail techs that deserve a much better work environment than the one they are given at beauty nails. they will mess up appointments, make you wait for over an hour, and it is overall a crummy place to be. everytime i have went it there is always some sort of issue. read more

I went to Beauty Nails on a Sunday because they were the only local shop open. I came in to get my gel manicure. The lady was nice enough. Not friendly but that's ok as long as you Do your job I don't care. So as I sat getting my manicure I could tell she was not being as thorough as the salon I would typically use. Then when she finished filing and shaping my nails and stuff she didn't let me get up to was all that stuff off. She just went straight into painting the gel. So she finished I paid $25 And tipped her $5. Get out to my car and notice that the tips of my fingers feel like sand paper. I go back in and tell her and she is annoyed immediately. She comes up to me at the front counter with a nail file and proceeds to file the gel off of the tips of my nails.. when I told her I would like them fixed properly. I did just pay you $30 for a manicure. So she did bring me back to her work station with plenty of rude attitude and fixed my nails.. took her a few tries but I left with a mediocre gel manicure.. So in the future if this was my only choice I will go to the drug store and buy my own paint and do it myself! read more

I came here to get a pedicure for myself and my 7 year old daughter and her friend. I called ahead and they said that they could do all three at the same time. I sat down and had a regular pedicure almost finished before hey even started my daughter's, despite the fact that two employees were just walking around the whole time. Then I'm completely done even with the dryer and they still haven't even started my daughter's friend... But they DID start 3 women who came in after us that did not have appointments. Completely disregarded my girls as if they weren't important even though we're paying them to give a pedicure. I had to speak up and tell them it's not okay! So then they finally started my daughter's friend. So rude. Will not be coming here again. read more

I went to Beauty Nail Salon after seeing reviews on Yelp - boy were they on the mark!! The place is clean, friendly and accommodating!!! This was my first time getting a pedicure and believe me I will be back!!! I've had two manicures at hair dressers that were a disaster but Beauty Nail Salon were meticulous!!! I use to go to this nail salon faithfully. When they changed owners, thats when it went downhill. There is an old lady that does the pedicures. She doesnt give a massage or apply lotion to your feet and legs. The man that works there doesn't know how to do nails at all. You will be in there for two hours for a refill. Please go to another salon besides this one. read more
