so I went in there, ask the nail people how much it would cost to take my nails off and they gave me the price. OK not a bad price $20 and I told her do not touch my left four finger cause I got a fish hook in it 2 1/2 days ago it is still tender do not touch four times she kept touching my finger. The one I hurt what part of do not touch did you not understand when they kept doing their talking and the other OK fine you can do your thing. It is what it is and then she goes why are you not get nails done? Was like I can't afford it right now. The high price right now I just can't do it and so then I had a couple that were broken and they of course, are connected to my real nails and she kept trying to rip them off. We don't do that. No no take your time. We're good. I'm gonna flip a lid so yeah and then she asked me a question twice and I said I don't understand she goes. Oh never mind, and then went and spoke in her language, which is fine if you speak your language, but don't ask me a question to where I don't understand and then go behind my back right there and speaking your language and then all of you talk about me I don't like that. I think it's rude extremely rude so then I thought OK well, maybe I'll get my nails done. Well then they didn't have time for me again that's rude too. There was another woman there. I don't know who she was but she seemed OK but she was trying to help me translate with these individual nail people. They weren't getting her either so I don't know. I'm just like no I'm not coming back here so I went all the way to Puyallup Washington because around here in central Washington. Everyone here sucks with their nails. I decided to try a new place closer to home and I have never had such a negative experience at a nail salon. I came in for a soak/take off and fresh set, and instead she decided to rip my acrylics off with cuticle cutters. She tore off half of my pinky nail, left me bleeding, and ignored me when I told her it hurt not once, but twice. When I asked if that was their "normal" process, she ignored me again. I asked her to stop the service after injuring me more than once she didn't offer a single word of apology or even a bandage. She just sat there like nothing happened while my nails were literally torn off. The only saving grace was the gentleman who did my pedicure, who kindly comped it probably because he knew how unacceptable the situation was. Now, I'm unable to get my nails done for months while I wait for my nails to grow back, all because of her carelessness. Basic professionalism, safety, and respect for clients should be the bare minimum, and this salon couldn't even clear that bar. I'd strongly suggest taking your money and your nails anywhere else. read more

Went here and paid close to $100 for my full set/pedicure. Pedicure was fine. But, the lady who did my acrylics split my real nail in half! Tried removing my previous set with a nail, kept digging in harder, I had to tell her "OW!" She apologized and continued to do so. She couldn't get my acrylic nail off so she proceeded to put another one on top. Not even a week later, I had such pain under my acrylic, it broke off and split my finger nail in half. I was able to get in right away for a pedicure. 3 employees in the building at the time. One girl drying from a pedicure. I got mediocre warm water. And a quick trim and shaping. I think he cut the cuticles but it was so fast who knows. Normally nail salons try to upgrade and I was trying to treat myself so I was hoping for hot stone, hot towel, and paraffin wax..... I wasn't offered any. And I received a lousy 2 min rub. Quick toe paint and it's over. I've been here 2/3 times before. I had a great experience for a gell fill. And a previous pedicure. Received an extremely bad pedi, toe nails clipped in a manner that caused painful in-grown nails on 2 toes. Biggest concern, however, is unsanitary conditions-using files and scrubbers repeatedly on customers when per regulations they are for one-time use only. Additionally, not sanitizing clippers etc in between customers, and not cleaning pedi tubs in between customers either. To fearful to ever consider returning. Giving them two stars because they were friendly but this was the worst nail job I've ever had done. I got a full set and some of them are shaped crooked and they didn't trim off the excess from underneath the nail. They did not trim or clean my nails so there is a gap between my nail and the acrylics. There is also a gap from my nail bed to the end of the fake nails like I already need a fill. When she was grinding them down with the Dremel she also cut the side of two of my fingers. I wasn't really paying attention to them doing my nails because it was my daughter's first time going to the salon and I was just concentrating on them getting their nails painted. They did a great job with my girls. read more

I had an appointment at 6 and I didn't even get talked to to start until 6:40.. My friend got hers started at 6:20 and they did I very poor job. She left with cuts on her cuticles. I ended up not getting mine done because I had waited so long and it's a good thing because it would've been a waste of money. read more

I decided to go here only because all the other nails salons about were crazy busy and I needed my nails last minute (that's my fault for not making an appointment somewhere), but anyways the shape of my nails is nice except for the fact the none of the acrylic is even and my nails are different lengths. Very painful experience, usage of tools was too rough. My feet hurt. However the chairs have a back massaging feature which is nice. Overall the painting job wasn't the worst, but it could've been better. Would not recommend to a friend. -H read more

Super disappointed in my manicure... I just get a basic manicure once every month or so to get my cuticles trimmed up and it's a nice break from doing my own nails. Manicure took almost an hour, the lady was so slow. And it wasn't because she was doing a good job, my nails look terrible. She didn't trim my cuticles back, ended up ripping out the corner of my nail on 4 fingers (she clipped them too low on the corners and then proceeded to rip the chunks of nail out) then painted them worse than I paint with my left hand! Like there's a 1/4 inch between where the polish stops and the cuticle starts. And the paint is uneven and it's already chipped off (one day old) and two of my nails are infected from where the nail was ripped out. Not worth $14 at all. I've never not tipped someone in my life but I didn't tip this time. There was a lady watching my manicurist and telling her what to do (she kept forgetting to do some of the steps) and she knew it was terrible work. She should be ashamed to take someone's money for such terrible service and product. My nails/poor cuticles and fingers look worse than when I went in. I urge readers to pay $4 more and go to ANY OTHER nail salon in the area. Guaranteed to be better than this place! read more
