I went on 11-14 and I got a pedicure which was nice untill the nail tech took out my ingrown toenail with out a warning or asking if I wanted it taken out and I would've said no because I had an appointment for it already. I also got a full set and asked for some simple medium squared white French tips. We got started on my nails and after she played down the clear acrylic I went to go wash my hand I thought she was going to paint nude color and then draw the French tips ... no she just put a clear top coat and took me to pay in total I payed $150 dollars for a pedi and 2 full sets just for one of the full sets to look like a set of teeth and not French tips . The following day 11-15 i was in class typing on my computer because I am a high school student and all of a sudden my left pointer finger popped off. After school I went home and went back to the nail salon and asked for a refund because the nail popped off and there was big gaps in between my cuticle and the acrylic and also the square shape was more flared then how I wanted it because when she put the nail tip on she didn't make sure it was my size she just grabbed one and glued it on my finger. They didn't want to give me a refund so I just disputed it with my bank and got all of it back instead of just the money for my set . Another thing is that I had to show her how to file it because it was rounded at the end and slanted . I had a good feeling at first from when we walked in but at the same time we were the only ones there . I honestly don't recommend going there read more

Worst pedicure ever. It was painful. Nails are unevenly trimmed at angles! Rushed out because another customer wanted a pedicure. My nails weren't completely dry and when the owner put my sandals on, the polish smudged. (I didn't notice until I got home). I won't go back or recommend this place. Zero stars if I could. Don't even know where to begin..first off they are all rude as hell in there. Have attitudes and don't really seem to care about their job or the quality of their work. Charged $25 dollars for a color change and when painting my nails I ended up with what seemed like half a bottle of nail polish on my hands. I have had two manicures here, and both were truly fantastic, no exaggeration. Taking about an hour and a half, they took great care with shaping my nails exactly how I wanted, soaking and trimming cuticles and any dry skin around my nails, which leaves nothing to want to pick at! I got the gel manicure, which lasts so long I only had to go back when my nails had grown out--the polish was still intact and looked great! I got three coats of color over the base coat, and two top coats. They really wanted me to be pleased. Their price is so reasonable I could afford to give my lady a big tip! I wish I could give this place zero stars. My sister and I made an appointment for two pedicures. We got there 10 minutes early, was told to pick out a color and wait. We waited for over an hour Past our appointment time. I asked multiple times and the lady said she would be right back. Finally she came back and took me to the manicure side and asked me to sit down. I told her we were there for pedicures and she laughed at us. So we just left. First just let me start out by saying I have never in my life left a yelp review on anything. Having worked in the restaurant/food industry for over 10 years I am well aware that sometimes things don't go to plan and am usually pretty forgiving when it comes to error. My experience at Fantastic Nails however was the worst nail salon experience in my life. Since a picture is worth a thousand works I have attached a few of how I left the salon after 3 hours (got a pedicure too. 6 of my fingers were bleeding from her trimming too much cuticle and filing my nails very aggressively, and they hurt today. There is nail dust stuck in between the top coat that must've landed on the dip - she did not clean the work station when she started my nails and there was dust and nail powder from the previous color being taken off that ended up landing on my nail which is why it looks like it's so dirty. There's scuff marks and lines from the drill on the nails she had to redo 3 times when she told me they were "dry" and they weren't. She then didn't properly fix them, just tried to cover them up. Really really disappointed and will never be back. Go to R n R in Chehalis you will get far better service! read more

I don't typically go here but due to the poor weather conditions most salons weren't open but this place was, I was reluctant but decided to go anyway. When you first walk in the building isn't very nice and doesn't seem to be very well maintained but it wasn't dirty. Since they were one of the only salons in the area open they were very busy but the quality of their work didn't seem to be affected by their business. The techs worked very fast and did a good job on my nails. Not going to make it my regular place but I would not hesitate to go back if I had to. read more

They took me in for a gel manicure 30 mins before close. Lisa and May(I think) did a wonderful job on my manicure, I wish i picked better colors but they took their time to take my gel polish off, cut the cuticle and apply the polish in a careful fashion. They didn't make me feel rushed at all, they gave me a back massage and massaged my hands as they applied the cuticle oil. Neither of them were aggressive with the file but still very thorough with all the tools. Paid $30 with tip for the gel manicure and they all stayed till 15 mins. After close. The only reason I give four instead of five is because I didn't see the tools come out of a sterilized bag like I've been told they should with many nail salons but besides that they are a thumbs up for me. This was my first experience of a "mani/pedi". Lisa started me with a wonderful hot water solution foot soak while the chair massaged my neck, shoulders, back and hips. The store is almost finished being upgraded and well appointed. It is clean and organized very neatly. Lisa was very thorough with the nails of course and I even chatted with other patrons like as if we were all old friends. They all had great things to say about Fantastic Nails and most had been regulars for many years. I enjoyed the hand and arm massages that are part of the "Spa" package. I was refreshed and very satisfied with the mani/pedi. I reccomend this business with 5 stars and I know you will too! read more

Went in for a polish change. I called and they took me immediately. Cost $15, they charge $2 if you pay by credit card. I found the fee ridiculously high and I had cash, so problem solved. Unfortunately I have no idea what my nail tech's name was, but she hardly spoke to me at all. I don't mind the lack of conversation, but she was either on her phone (air pods) or talking to the other staff in their native language the entire time I was at her station. At first I thought she was mumbling to me, but since she didn't seem to look to me for a response, I realized she was conversing with anyone BUT me. I found it unbelievably rude, but I'm not, nor will I be, a regular customer so no harm done. I've been to enough nail salons that I found the lack of customer service significant enough to recommend you look elsewhere for pedi or manicure services. I prefer to spend my money at establishments that treat me like a valued customer regardless of how much I'm spending. read more

Will not be back! My friend and I were scouting out a new place to try we saw this one and it looked good. First of all I asked to sit next to my friend and was told yes (the place was empty) we were sat away from each other. I asked to get ombre nails and showed a picture I was told yes they could do it for $55. After one nail was done I said no it was all white! I wasn't paying $55 for all white powder nails. I asked for light pink and she pulled a dark pink telling me she did not have any light pink that she doesn't order it because "she" doesn't like it! After a big run around I could tell she just didn't wanna do what I asked for after telling me she could. At this point I'm frustrated and a hour in and just wanted to go she ended up telling me what she was going to do I will like and ended up giving me a white gel tip with glitter gel! My friends gel nails chipped not even 20 min after leaving this place. We were also not charged what the sign said. Bad attitudes and business. My nail tech answered her cell phone and had her conversation on speaker phone for a good ten minutes while doing my nails. Very disappointed! read more

I went there with my daughter and granddaughter to get our nail fill and two pedicure was charge 30 per person for a fill and gel polish Our pedicure was 40 per person no one said it would be that much normal price us 25 dollar they charged 15 dollars to put the same nail polish they had just put on my nails on my toes. I'm visiting friends in Centralia and decided to get my nails done. They currently have a sign up that says 10% off services so I thought "what the heck, I'll give them a try. " and boy, I was not disappointed! I came in on a Thursday around 1pm. There were 3 nail techs all with customers. I was greeted right away and asked what I wanted. I got the deluxe pedicure, no shellac ($35.00) and a shellac manicure ($25.00) the deluxe pedicure was AMAZING. The pedicure included a Purple lotion that felt cool and refreshing, an orange scrub,Hot wax on my feet,Hot rock massage, leg rub and it finished with a hot towel. Just amazing. The nail tech took her time with everything. My toes look and feel amazing. After my amazing pedicure it was time for my manicure. Again,I can't tell you how careful and detail oriented my nail tech was. I got white nail polish and it seemed like it was a challenge for my nail technician to do, so she called over Lisa to finish it. Which I appreciated. Lisa too was very careful and precise with the color application. The total price was 54 dollars with the 10 percent off. You can't beat that! I only wish this nail salon was closer to my home.
