I asked for light pink and he used light purple, I asked for a deep French tip and he barely added any color giving me a very thin French tip rather than a deep thick French tip, he clipped the sides of my natural nails way to far down leaving my nails sore, and didn't smooth out the acrylic. it wasnt very clean in there either. he finished another client right before me and called me over and didn't wipe or clean anything at all-very disappointing and disgusting. I asked for medium short and when he cut them they were very long, I asked him to cut them down and he said he would later than never did. I'm not sure why the service was so bad or and why the nail art looked like a child did it but it was NOT worth 70$. The French tips were also crooked and uneven I am beyond disappointed. he was also singing during my appointment and wouldn't talk to me about the design. very unfriendly service too.

I desperately needed a pedicure and I am here out of town. I like places that are at least rated 4…read morestars but I tried Lux Nails because the storefront looked very nice! They deserve more credit!! Clean feeling inside. Mask and temperature check. Plastic shields at every station. I felt safe. A very nice man at the front desk took me as a walk in and set me up in the chair. The woman doing my basic pedicure was very kind and professional. After telling the stylist exactly what I did NOT want, and after telling her I was growing my hair out, she gave me a horrific haircut before I could stop her. I left looking like Carol Brady. Another younger family member went in for a simple highlight and left with gray hair! One receptionist is super friendly and approachable. The other is not.
