I saw that you can make an appointment online through their website, but the options were kind of confusing and not very specific (I couldn't tell what pedicure I was choosing), so I just ended up calling. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was nice. When I arrived, I was greeted and chose my polish color. The salon was clean and pretty quiet, making it nice to get some reading done. They have a sign on the front desk saying they are short handed and thanks for your patience. I did have to be patient, as I wasn't in the chair until 15 minutes past my appointment time. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry, but something to keep in mind if you have other plans. The tech was gentle and my pedicure was great. I just chose the cheapest option ($35) but they have some nice add ons. Once the pedicure was done I just sat in the chair and tried to wait for it to dry. They do take credit cards for payment but I had cash. Overall it was a good experience and I'd probably go back, but only if I don't have any commitments later in the day since it was a bit slow.

I would say the use of organic in the name is pretty liberal - the nail polishes, gels, dips, and spa products they use are no different than any other typical nail salon- so don't come here specifically for that! Prices are a tiny bit more than other typical nail salons, the quality of the work is pretty standard for a regular pedicure. It's pretty much the usual experience of needing to clarify with the employee doing your nails exactly what you want so that they don't up charge you on additional upgrades.

They put me in a seat with ice cold water and when I asked for warmer water they filled hot water from a faucet to warm up the bowl. I was told to pick a color and then informed they didn't have it. They brought me a bright pink when I prefer something closer to beige, I had to ask several times before they brought me other colors to pick from. The quality of the pedicure was fine, so if you go on a busier day perhaps you wouldn't have the same experience. It might have just been a busy day!

When my pedi color (opi bubble bath) wasn't set in 3 coats, my nail tech added 3 more to my big toe. Then the unthinkable.....when putting on my sandals, we both bumped that same toe. He went back to clean up and recoat my nail. You don't always find that consistency and willingness to help. I reflected that in my tip. Pedi with sugar scrub and hot towel was $35, there was another upgraded service as well. You'll find five nail stations and five pedicure chairs. He tipped $5 in cash, and I added a $15 tip on the credit card, bringing the total to $85. However, when I checked my account, I was charged $100. An additional $15 was added without my authorization. While $15 may not seem like a large amount, that's not the point--this raises serious concerns about trust and integrity. I will be following up to understand how this happened, but this experience has left me very uneasy. UPDATE: After calling and speaking with their staff, I was told the additional $15 charge was for shellac on my toes that was not included in the original total. While I understand mistakes can happen, it is not acceptable to add charges to a customer's credit card without prior authorization. She did apologize profusely, which I appreciate, but this is not a practice that should occur under any circumstances.
