This place is usually great and all the nail techs do an excellent job. But the last few times I went, my nails were filed down WAY shorter than I wanted (I asked for just light filing into a square shape and my nails were already a square shape so they didn't need much filing at all) to the point that any new length I had when I went in, was gone. Just be clear and vocal about what you want. read more

I walked in today for a mani/pedi at 3:10. They said they were full at the moment but would have an opening for me in 30 minutes. Great. I left and returned at 3:40. I was told to pick a color and have a seat in the pedicure chair. And then was left there for 30 minutes. I inquired about time because I was told to come back at a certain time, they kept saying, 'almost done'. The woman that finally came and started doing my pedicure was doing a pretty good, although the massage was very short and lacking and they did not do much by way of callus removing. In the middle of the pedicure she left and the other lady came to finish it. Then I was moved to the chair for my manicure that was completely rushed because now it was closing time. I timed the manicure and it was 18 minutes. Nails are jagged and not smooth, no massage (all she did was put lotion on my hands and immediately wipe it off). All in all both mani and pedi were rushed through subpar. They got an extra star because the massage chair was nice. read more

Great place and Lisa did an amazing job on my nails which were awful from not being done during Covid. Speaking of covid- BEWARE of COVID SAFETY!!! There was one technician who wore a loose mask under her nose. I told her to please fix it but it slid back down. I don't know if I can return to a place where masks are not taken seriously by ALL the technicians. read more

I had been going to this salon for over a year for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. I had actually recommended the place to friends. The salon used to have a punch card practice when they first opened. It was clear that the number of my appointments exceeded the punch cards holes; they never honored the offer of a "free" manicure with the completion of a card. That was last year. A few months ago, I went in for a wax and received a burn to my face because the wax was too hot. No apologies whatsoever. I stopped going for several months because I was very disappointed with the service. A few weeks ago, I went in for a manicure because I was not ale to get an appointment at the usual salon I now go to. The manicure was sloppy, the technician was rushed and did not follow the usual treatment one comes to expect as a former loyal customer. Additionally, the nail polish started chipping two days later. The television was volume was quite loud and other customers had to raise their voices when conversing with technicians. I am super disappointed with this salon and will not return again. The prices went up exorbitantly as well. Shop around before considering this salon. read more

I waited approx 1 hour to get the nail polish on my toes removed and then 1 additional hour to start getting a pedicure. No one gave me a heads up about the long wait. Then when the tech finally started the pedicure, the water was so hot it burned my feet. I had to tell her twice to change the temperature as she ignored me the first time while my feet were burning. No apologies whatsoever. The tech did a poor job and service was horrible. UPDATED REVIEW!!!! I recently came to this salon(dont remember exact day) I was not very pleased with my visit this time around . The lady had me waiting for over half an hour and not telling me that there would be a LONG wait When i ask her when it will be my turn she said someone will be with me soon.There were more people coming in and she still say pick your color. When she FINALLY got to me she rushed me out of the salon so she can do other customers. Thats not professional at all. I was not pleased at all because she painted all over my skin without cleaning it . Dont tell a customer to wait and say someone will be with them soon when its going to be a 45 min wait . Tracy and Hung are a husband and wife team who do the best mani-pedi around town. They are perfectionists who understand nail shape and length, and their work lasts for a solid 2 weeks. What's more, it's a small shop with very personal attention. The shop is clean and their work is efficient but unhurried. The honor appointments and are almost always on schedule, so I highly recommend calling ahead. It's a quiet place, with no attitude and the owners always greet me by name. read more

I paid 70 dollars (plus tip) to get tips put on, gel manicure and a pedicure. I got these nails done MONDAY night....it is now THURSDAY. I've had my nails done for a whole THREE DAYS. The polish starting chipping a day into having a gel manicure (which I thought was weird) and then today half of my nail polish came off with the added tip. This is super disappointing considering I always used to come to this place when Tracey used to work here, been coming since I was in high school, so it's been my nail spot for almost 10 years now. To pay that amount and to have this happen is really disappointing and I will not be coming back here, now with the new management. Also, there were fruit flies flying all around me the entire time which also just turned me off in general. Not the best experience unfortunately. read more

I am so excited that I have found this place, which is right around the corner from my house, as they did an amazing job on my nails. First off the nail parlor is very clean, bright, and full of pretty colors. The polish selection is great for the gel. The owner and nail technicians were very friendly and pleasant. I did a walk in appt not really knowing what to expect but I was quite pleased. The owner Hung is very focused on making you feel well taken care of, he thanked me a few times for waiting, 15 minutes, for my nails to get done. My nail technician Annie was wonderful, she introduced herself and asked me my name as well. She did a wonderful job with my nails and I couldn't be happier! The prices are very reasonable for the great quality of their work. I will definitely be returning for a pedicure and will be bringing friends here for sure! Lisa, the manager, welcomed me with a bottle of water while I chose colors for my mani/pedi - good selection of colors to choose from. May was the technician who did my nails, she was fastidious and did a great job! The hot stone leg and foot massage was wonderful, so was the paraffin treatment for my hands. I've been coming here periodically for the last 2 years and I've consistently been pleased. I only get pedi's here so I can't comment on their other services. However, the pedi's are great, last a couple of weeks (at least for me anyway) and aren't ridiculously overpriced. I usually drop about $30 when all is said and done. I would definitely recommend a visit especially given the personable nature of the owners and the fact that they don't speak to one another incessantly in a foreign language ..which always makes me feel like I'm being talked about. I want to start off by saying I've been coming here for almost 10 years since Tracey and her husband were here. There was someone else after Tracey and her husband and now theres a new lady who's been here for a few months. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I will never be coming back. I went in for a fill, but I had three nails broken. She told me AFTER doing my nails that she would be charging me for a full new set instead of just a fill because I had 3 broken nails. I had made the appointment over the phone for a fill and told her I had broken a few nails. I thought this was very poor customer service. In my opinion, this was a very greedy move, and at this point I knew I would not be coming back. She left my nails a mess. One hand is so much longer than the other (I pointed this out to her and she made a small attempt at fixing it but it still looks ridiculous). There's also stuff from the acrylics all under my nails since she didnt smooth it out and so there are big lumps of the acrylic powder/gel underneath. All of my nails are SO crooked and the shape looks ridiculous. She also seemed very agitated with me the entire time and was rushing the whole time. I was nothing but sweet to her and was polite and apologetic every time I asked her to fix my nails, but she still acted like doing my nails was a bother to her. Its unfortunate because I've been coming here for years even though they continue to change management, but I can safely say that I'll be finding a new place now. read more

I went here after reading mainly good reviews. I would give them 2.5 stars if I could but since I can't...2 stars. I asked for a manicure/pedicure and they told me they only had time to do my pedicure. That was fine, as I didn't have an appointment. They were quite nice. However, my pedicure was rushed, not very relaxing, my nails were not clipped, and I have two dark spots (I kick box and occasionally get blood under my nails) under each big toenail....the pedicurist did not make an effort to cover these spots up...any other place I have been to does. So now I have a rushed, pink pedicure, with spots. It also chipped about 5 days after I received it. After they were done, they rushed me out the door. I wouldn't go back here; I plan on going someplace else. read more
