And even when she started to paint the first nail and I didn't like it, she was totally fine even though she literally had already showed it to me, but I swear it looked a little different. And I just truly appreciated that she didn't mind to make sure that I got the look that I was going for. I also was a few weeks out from surgery and had to be very careful about infection, so I deeply appreciated her extra care and that she warned me I can't do cuticle removal the way I typically would do for your safety. She also had me dry my nails, a different way than they usually do just for extra precaution. I love how my manicure turned out!!! The ladies working in that shop seemed very professional, and it was a comfortable place to be. I brought my son in for a pedicure and they treated him so well and made him feel comfortable. He was nervous to go in, but he said he had a great experience. I'm definitely gonna come back for a pedicure when the doctor clears me.

One thing that really annoys me is that they have a habit of asking you before you even get out of the chair how you're going to pay for it and then wait to receive your credit card while you are still in the chair. Well, the bill was $48 and not $45 because they charged me extra $3.00 to buff my nails. They are ripping people off by the add-ons, and shady practices . I never get polish or clear coat.
