I've never seen so many different wigs in one place lol. They have human hair wigs and synthetic wigs. The staff is very friendly and they had lots of sales on various items. So I called the beauty supply that's located next to this salon and asked them if they had the color corrector the gentleman on the phone said they had it so I drove over there. They didn't have the color corrector I was looking for BUT I'm sooooo glad I went. So fast forward I'm in the beauty supply store and had some questions about bleaching my hair. Well the owner of the beauty supply store also owns the salon next door. So he calls his wife Keisha to help me with some advice and I was greeted by a woman whose energy was so kind and welcoming. I have to make this a point in my review because it's so important to me. Exceptional customer service is an understatement. I mean this woman made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She even had clients in the hair and STILL didn't rush me in the conversation. After talking for about five minutes I asked does she cut hair she said yes and she fit me in her busy schedule within 30 minutes! As we all know, stylist these days are not like this. There's so many terms and conditions before even getting in the chair it's ridiculous. But not at this salon. I also want to mention the price. For my service it was a haircut it was only $50! And the cut is actually what I wanted. Also she didn't charge me for a well needed wash. She also made sure to ask me questions throughout the service and made sure I was comfortable. She told me how to style my hair and gave me free education on different products. Everyone at the salon had the best attitude. Literally felt like I was in the movie beauty shop. It was so refreshing and I just loved my experience. I recommend anyone looking for a cut style color or locs to stop in and just have a great experience.
